Mere hours after damning court documents were released on Monday from a 10-year-old deposition where Bill Cosby admitted to purchasing Quaaludes in order to give them to young women he intended to have sex with — the comedian's rep has spoken out.
The Cosby Show actor's reps claimed:
"The only reason Mr. Cosby settled was because it would have been embarrassing in those days to put all those women on the stand and his family had no clue. That would have been hurtful."
Well it's done a lot more than embarrass the controversial celebrity.
As we previously reported, this shocking admission is from a 2005 deposition where the funnyman testified under oath about a sexual assault lawsuit filed by former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand.

However, other alleged victims of Cosby's are viewing this breaking news as a turning point for their own cases against the icon. Barbara Bowman and Joan Tarshis both appeared on Don Lemon's CNN Tonight.
