Leave it to Ke$ha to be an individual.

While other celebs were dressed up to the nines in their gorgeous dresses, she shows up to the EMAs wearing that.

Are we surprised? Not at all.

In fact we'd be more surprised if Ke$ha showed up looking polished and in a dress.

As the night progressed, the little Tik Tok-er changed into another Ke$ha-fied outfit complete with neon paint.

Gorgeous doesn't even begin to describe Rihanna at last night's EMAs.

The Only Girl In The World strolled down the red carpet in a heavenly gown by Marchesa.

But the fashion didn't stop there!

RiRi hit the stage in another pretty ensemble with a silky white Halfpenny London dress decorated with hand painted Kate Moross flowers.

Loves it all!

Before taking the stage at Sunday's EMAs, Shakira smiled pretty for the paps in a slinky and sparkly gold ensemble.

We love this look much more than last year's disappointment.

Last week, Eva Longoria promised a multitude of costume changes while hosting the 2010 MTV EMAs and she kept her word!

To start off the night, the hostess walked the red carpet in a very short black Georges Hobeika Couture dress, if you can call it that.

Once she got on stage we kind of lost count how many other ensembles she put on, but one included a ham outfit as a nod to Lady GaGa's infamous meat dress.

Ha!

She's back!

After enjoying a fabulous and relaxing honeymoon, Katy Perry returned to the red carpet in style.

At Sunday night's EMAs, the Teenage Dream donned Jeremy Scott's red sequined ticket stub dress from his Spring 2011 collection.

As for her shoes, Katy pulled a Katie Holmes by pairing her red dress with blue heels.

We like this look. It's fun, sexy and very Katy.

We've gotta give credit where credit is due, Miley Cyrus is slowly making better red carpet choices.

At Sunday night's MTV European Music Awards the pop tart arrived in a long, white layered D&G dress, but we're kind of torn.

While it's nice that Miley covered up, the dress is almost too mature for a 17 year old. Also, it would have been nice if she pulled her hair back.
