What a difference a week makes!

After failing to impress in Cannes, Jessie J pulled a complete 180 for Glamour's Women of the Year Awards on Tuesday.

The Domino songstress went for a more glamorous look in a beaded Julien Macdonald dress that had a hint of 1920s flapper flair to it.

Jessie still needs some help in the shoe department, but we'll let it slide this time.
