Say it aint so!!!

The Simpsons, the longest-running prime-time television series ever, might come to an end sooner than we want!

What's to blame???

Well apparently the voice actors are "bitterly" trying to negotiate a new deal with 20th Century Fox. The studio is threatening to cut the cord if they don't take a 45% pay cut.

Trying to compromise, the talent is asking for

William And Kate Have "Essentially" Sold Out BAFTA Event!

Talk about star power! Let's see any Hollywood couple pull this off!

In just a few short weeks, Los Angeles will be honored with the royal presence of Prince William and Kate Middleton as they will be in the area to attend BAFTA's inaugural Brits to Watch gala. The black-tie affair extend invitations only to the head honchos of studios, networks and talent agencies, with a $25,000 price tag. According to one of the organizers, the event is now “essentially sold out!"

Apparently, studios like Universal, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros. and Disney all jumped at the opportunity to rub elbows with the royal pair and some even went as far as purchasing two tables!

Well, we know one thing for sure. The 42 talented British youngins being honored that evening should be VERY grateful to their future King and Queen. They've essentially helped put them on the radar of every major studio in town!

Seth MacFarlane To Reboot The Flintstones!

Oh man!

If this follows the path of any of his other shows, then we better prepare ourselves for a very different version of this classic than with what we grew up!

Seth MacFarlane has reportedly finalized a deal with 20th Century Fox TV and Warner Brothers Television to reboot The Flintstones as both a TV and film property!

Apparently, this has been the Family Guy creator's dream project, and it took YEARS for the negotiations between the studio bigwigs to reach their conclusion, as the rightholders to the sitcom were extremely concerned with how he'd re-interpret the series!

No word yet on when Fred, Wilma, and the gang will make their 21st Century debut, but expect it to be on Fox!

We're not going to lie, we think that if anyone can revamp the show and its brand of comedy, without making it tired and cheesy, it's him!

We're just scared of what that will mean!

Congratulations, Seth! Or should we say Yabba-Dabba-Do?!

What do U think?? Are U excited for Seth MacFarlane's take on The Flintstones?

Google Gets Doodled, Pays Tribute To Late Author/Illustrator Roger Hargreaves

google hargreaves doodles

How adorable!

Check out the doodles (above, and below) by Google of Roger Hargreaves' characters, in commemoration of the late English author/illustrator's 76th birthday.

Such a nice way to pay tribute to the man, while celebrating his Mr. Men books, which have been a positive influence on childrens' lives for many, many years!

Looks like Hargreaves' presence isn't going anywhere either, as 20th Century Fox's animation department currently has a project in the works which MAY feature his "Little Miss" characters.

We love this! Way to go, Google! We'll DEF be making lots of searches today just to see those CUTE doodles!
