Fox Reporter Claims Her Hostile Workplace Lawsuit Led To Retaliation & Harassment

Things just keep getting worse for Fox!

A reporter named Lidia Curanaj has amended a previous complaint against 21st Century Fox, bringing up the Bill O'Reilly controversy and claiming superiors retaliated against her after she filed a lawsuit citing a "misogynistic culture" at the company.

In new court papers filed Monday, and reported on by The Hollywood Reporter, the woman, who works as a reporter at Fox affiliate Fox 5 in New York, stated that her station's managing editor became overly concerned with her every move in an attempt to portray her as a bad employee after she filed the original suit.

For example, Curanaj claimed she was given permission to get her cell phone repaired after it stopped working during work hours, but then was admonished for doing so by Peter Facini, the station's managing editor. In another instance, she was using the restroom (while pregnant and in her third trimester) when Facini began frantically looking for her and paged her over the intercom. However, when Curanaj returned to the newsroom she found that there was no breaking news and that another reporter had already been dispatched to the scene.

In her original lawsuit, Curanaj also complained of Roger Ailes, claiming

21st Century Fox Opening Official Investigation Into Sexual Harassment Claims Against Bill O'Reilly

Maybe the hammer will actually drop on Bill O'Reilly yet!

21st Century Fox has announced that they are opening an official investigation into sexual harassment claims against their popular Fox News TV host, according to Lisa Bloom, one of the attorneys who is representing a woman accusing O'Reilly.

Bloom spoke on CNN's Reliable Sources on Sunday and informed the media — and the broader, interested world — that an official investigation will soon be opening against O'Reilly after her and her client Wendy Walsh reported him to the corporate hotline, saying:

FOX News CEO Roger Ailes QUITS Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Roger Ailes has officially resigned.

On Thursday, we learned that the FOX News CEO has stepped down from his position after over a dozen women have accused the media mogul of sexual harassment.

After Gretchen Carlson first filed a lawsuit against the head of the company, more women came forward to share their shocking stories.

Sources even say Megyn Kelly is among the women Roger targeted.

Report: Roger Ailes Leaving Fox News Over Sexual Harassment Lawsuit!

Fox News is about to trim its rotten roots.

Last week, former network anchor Gretchen Carlson filed an explosive sexual harassment lawsuit against network Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes, in which she claimed she was fired for shutting down his sexual advances.

On Tuesday, the Drudge Report claimed Ailes would be leaving the cable news network and in turn receive at least a $40 million buyout.

For a hot second, it seemed like Fox News was making swift removal of its troubled Chairman, as the network apparently confirmed Ailes' exit to The Daily Beast.

But now it looks like they spoke too soon, because Fox walked back on the confirmation shortly afterwards…

Gretchen Carlson Opens Up For The First Time Since Filing Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Against Fox CEO Roger Ailes!

As you probably know, Gretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes last week.

The former host claimed she was fired after shutting down the businessman's sexual advances.

NFL & More Major Companies Are With Disney/Marvel In Taking A Stand Against Georgia's Anti-Gay Legislation!

Never underestimate the power of Hollywood… and the NFL!

As we reported earlier, Disney and Marvel Studios are threatening to cease filming in Georgia if an anti-gay bill gets signed into law by Governor Nathan Deal, and The Walking Dead network AMC had some strong words for them as well!

The bill in question, titled the Free Exercise Protection Act, allows discrimination against the LGBT community in a variety of hurtful and damaging ways.

Essentially, businesses and other entities can refuse service to an LGBT identifying person simply because it interferes with their religious beliefs. Translation — people could get fired or denied basic rights over their sexual orientation which is NOT GOOD.

Considering the hateful nature of the bill, the NFL, Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Lionsgate Films, 21st Century Fox, CBS, the Weinstein Company, and Sony have joined the movement to stop the legislation.
