Heidi Klum and her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen eschewed couples therapy for a bit of retail therapy in NYC on Tuesday.

You'd never think they'd just spent an hour engaged in a drunken spat at the Spotted Pig restaurant on Sunday!

They even sort of match in casual jeans and three-quarter sleeve tops. Obvi, Heidi is the fashionable one with her striped knit sweater.

It’s a sad, sad day for the Bollywood community.

Actress Jiah Khan was found yesterday by her mother after having hanged herself in her room. Authorities are reporting the 25 year old’s cause of death as an apparent suicide.

According to a police source, there currently is no suspicion of foul play, though the actress did not leave a suicide note. However, authorities are interrogating Suraj Pancholi, the son of Bollywood acting couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, as he was the last person Jiah spoke to on the phone.

Several of Jiah’s Bollywood friends, as well as her fans, have spoken out about her passing, including filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who said:

Yesterday we told you Jay Leno's ridiculously high ratings were confusing the NBC execs that were dead-set on bringing The Tonight Show back to NYC, and now our fears have been confirmed!!

Remember when execs promised Jimmy Fallon a $25 mil 30 Rock overhaul? The money would go to the construction of a super-mega-ultra-awesome new studio for the late night show!!

Yeah, uh, that's not happening any more!
