Jessica Simpson just turned the big 3-0 a little less than 2 weeks ago and received a pretty fancy gift.

Pascal Mouawad, jewelry designer and brains behind Jessica's watch collection, gave the birthday girl a diamond heart pendant.

The heart is encrusted with 2.11 carats of diamonds and is valued at $13,200.

Seriously!?
