If anything, we would expect Candy Spelling to launch more lawsuits against the landlord that's trying to evict her, even though she says she extended her lease!

That's not the case, though, as we're hearing that this NEW lawsuit is about the penthouse she's building in Century City — because the owners of the building allegedly promised a bunch of amenities, like a restaurant, but isn't making good on those promises!

For instance, the restaurant she's talking about was supposed to open on January 1st, but hasn't. So she wants some of the money back for the amenities she didn't get!

Life is soooooo hard when you spend $47 million for two floors of a lavish condo building! LOLz!

Still, a promise is a promise… even if it's a ridiculous one about a restaurant amenity. We just don't think the legal system needs any more frivolous lawsuits!

We're not sure if the Republican presidential nominee can get back in the good graces of the majority of Americans after he blatantly disregarded 47% of them, but we do know this — Jon Stewart isn't helping!

During Tuesday's episode of The Daily Show, the comedian HIGHlariously tore apart Romney's senseless comments about welfare recipients and low income families by pointing out (above) that George Romney, his own father, was once on welfare!

So basically, this man's family was "dependent upon government" at one time and his dad was still able to "take personal responsibility" for his life all thanks to the U.S. government's "responsibility" to care for its people.

The Daily Star is reporting Angelina Jolie shelled out nearly $390,000 on a family wedding ring for her lover Brad Pitt's birthday.

A source told the newspaper:

"The band has each of their children's names on it and Angie's on the top. This is a family wedding band to symbolise Brad isn't just married to Angelina but to the family as a whole. It was described as absolutely exquisite."

Must be a big ring to fit 7 names on to it!

The inside adds:

"She told me there are mystical references to his 47th birthday that have also been engraved on the band and the family all have their own interpretations of what the band means to them and of what 47 means to them."

This seems so out of character for Angie.

Wouldn't she put that money toward a good cause, rather than a flashy ring when they're not even married?
