Nicole Kidman Looks Like A Crazed David Bowie From Labyrinth In First Look At New Film!

no title

Nicole Kidman may not know how to clap, but dammit she knows how to accessorize!

The Oscar winner has transformed herself once again for a role, this time as a punk den mother in the upcoming How To Talk To Girls At Parties. And damn if she doesn't look like David Bowie in Labyrinth!

The film, "a Romeo and Juliet story between a punk and an alien" was directed by John Cameron Mitchell, so there's no way that was an accident.

Adapted from the Neil Gaiman short story about boys who crash a party only to find out all the girls there are from outer space, How To… also stars Elle Fanning, Alex Sharp, and Ruth Wilson and premieres at Cannes this weekend. (BTW, it's one of FOUR films at this year's fest featuring Nicole! Get it, gurl!)

Perez Reviews: 'The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time'

The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time is one of the best plays we have EVER seen!!!

Wildly inventive in every which way, the new show on Broadway explores some powerful themes. The three which resonated the most with us are…

- The untapped potential within all of us
- Not to judge or underestimate others
- The ties that connect us ALL together

These themes were explored in so many fun and fresh ways, all while being incredibly deep, moving and powerful.

The play revolves around a dog's murder and a 15 year old autistic boy determined to play detective and find the culprit.

The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time is a drama, a comedy, a murder mystery and - most similarly - it moves and feels like a musical, even though it's a play.

If you liked War Horse, then you will like this show EVEN MORE!

Every single element is so inventive, from the superb writing and storytelling by Simon Stephens, to the illuminating and ever-changing set by Bunny Christie, which enhance the experience in infinite ways.

All this brilliantly put together by the director, Marianne Elliott, who cast a top-notch crew of actors that all delivered homeruns. However, in his Broadway debut, Alex Sharp, literally months out of acting school at Juilliard, gives a grand slam performance! The acting, the doing. He DID so much! He made it seem so effortless! Such a dynamic, real, beautiful performance!

Major hats off to everyone involved with The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time!!!
