We think this might be the change that the modeling community needs.

France's government is anticipated to pass a bill that bans overly thin fashion models — possibly charging modeling agencies or fashion houses that hire them with fines, and even sending agents to jail!

The U.S. Supreme Court will rule on whether the right to marry is a constitutional right for same-sex couples, or whether states are allowed to ban same-sex marriages.

It's expected that the nine justices will begin hearing oral arguments from both sides in April before delivering a ruling by June.

Back in June of 2013, the court overturned the Defense of Marriage Act, a ruling that finally allowed married same-sex couples the same federal benefits as straight married couples.

Before today's announcement, the Supreme Court

Say It Ain't So, Idaho & Nevada! Supreme Court Does A 180 On Tuesday's Ruling & Puts Hold On Same-Sex Marriage!

What a disappointment!

On Tuesday morning, the ban against same-sex marriage in Idaho was struck down, which was obviously GREAT news for many same-sex couples. Unfortunately, this morning, an emergency court order against same-sex marriage was granted in Idaho which means gay marriage will temporarily blocked. Nevada is involved in the whole ordeal because the appeals court decided to consolidate the two appeal cases.

NCAA Lifts Penn State's Bowl Ban And Lessens Sanctions Following Jerry Sandusky Child Sex Abuse Scandal, And Here's Why That's Terrible

Filed under: Icky Icky PooZportzLegal MattersSad SadFootballSchool

The NCAA has lifted Penn State\'s bowl ban from the Jerry Sandusky child molestation scandal.

It's certainly been a crazy day in the world of football, and none of the news has anything to do with what's happening on the field.

The Baltimore Ravens took a huge step forward and somewhat righted the NFL's wrong by cutting Ray Rice from their roster after disturbing footage was leaked, showing the footballer punching his wife Janay Rice in the face.

Unfortunately, the NCAA took several big steps back as they announced they would lifting Penn State's bowl ban, effective immediately, and giving back all 85 athletic scholarships for the 2015 season.

NFL Implements Harsher Penalties For Domestic Violence After Backlash Over Ray Rice's B.S. 2-Game Suspension

The NFL is taking steps towards cracking down on domestic violence in the league.

FINALLY.

This past offseason, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell came under heavy fire after he suspended Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice for merely 2 games after he beat his now-wife, Janay Palmer, and dragged her apparently unconscious body out of an elevator.

Many felt the punishment did NOT fit the crime and was proof that league was turning a blind eye towards domestic violence towards women.

Well Roger heard the criticism and realized the error in his ways, and most importantly he decided to take action. The commissioner released a statement on the controversy, saying:

Game Of Thrones Season 5 Production Derailed– By Too Much Nudity??

Filed under: TV NewsGame Of ThronesGIFs

game of thrones lena headey nude scene ban halts production

Game Of Thrones is notorious for its gratuitous nudity, but it looks like the scene causing the most trouble will be a nude scene that's actually crucial to the plot!

In the upcoming fifth season, Cersei Lannister is forced by church elders to strip and walk the streets of King's Landing as penance for a crime.

But the production is getting friction from an unexpected source - the real church they use to film in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Though actress Lena Headey is VERY comfortable getting naked (you can see her body in almost her entire body of work), it seems the Church Of St. Nicholas is just not willing to give its permission for the scene.

Because it's integral to the plot, the walk of shame will be very difficult to excise from the episode. So what can the filmmakers do?

Good question. And until they figure out an answer, production is at a bit of an impasse…
