Bill Cosby's team isn't taking any chances on this next accuser!

Last month, we reported on a 24-year-old woman named Chloe Goins, who claimed the comedian sexually assaulted her at a Playboy Mansion party in 2008. She was 18 at the time of the alleged attack.

On Wednesday, Ms. Goins talked to the LAPD to give details on the alleged assault that evening — a formal police report, if you will.

The thing is, Chloe's case could possibly go through because it may fall within the six-year statute of limitations for sexual assault in the state of California! Out of all the women to come forward so far, this is the first instance within the time constraints.

Domestic Violence Charges Against U.S. Olympic Soccer Star Hope Solo Have Been Dropped!

As we reported back in June, U.S. Olympic soccer star Hope Solo was charged with domestic violence after she allegedly assaulted her half-sister and nephew while intoxicated at her home in Seattle, WA.

Today, a judge has dismissed all charges against the 33-year-old.

The decision was greatly motivated by the lack of cooperation from the athlete's half-sister and son, who were the case's most prominent witnesses.

Some of the Oregon Ducks & fans are being pegged as sore WINNERS after Oregon beat Florida State (FSU) in the New Year's Day Rose Bowl game.

To taunt Florida's QB Jameis Winston, Ducks fans AND players were apparently chanting "No means no," throughout the game, whenever Winston's name came up.

Winston was accused of rape by a fellow student in 2012 but faced no criminal charges.

NYPD Officer In Eric Garner Chokehold Case Will NOT Face Criminal Charges After Staten Island Grand Jury Decision

Ugh.

A Staten Island grand jury on Wednesday has decided against filing criminal charges against a NYPD officer named Daniel Pantaleo for the death of Eric Garner.

Eric, the father of six children, was killed after being placed in a chokehold by the police officer on July 17th. He was allegedly resisting arrest.

A cell phone video, which you can view HERE, was taken of the event and sparked outrage across the country… because, you see, NYPD officers are BANNED from using chokeholds.

A mother got the best Christmas gift of all when her son was returned to her after he was missing for four years!

Gregory Jean Jr., 13, was sent by his mom, Lisa Smith, to visit his father in Georgia one day… and never returned home.

His father, Gregory Jean Sr., and stepmother, Samantha Davis, are now facing charges of false imprisonment and child cruelty for keeping the boy hidden for so long!

Neighbors would apparently sometimes see Gregory Jr. doing yard work and weren't sure if he even attended school. His mother alleged he was basically living as a slave! That's so horrible!
