Marina Lonina and her younger friend went to a mall in Columbus, Ohio back in February where they met 29-year-old Raymond Boyd Gates.

Gates bought the girls vodka, invited them back to his place, and while hanging out together, allegedly pinned the 17-year-old victim down and raped her.

Instead of calling for help, or trying to stop the rape, Lonina sat back and turned on the Periscope app on her phone, broadcasting the rape over the social media network until

Bill Cosby will not go down without a fight!

As we reported last month, the comedian was arraigned for one charge of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand for an incident that occurred in 2004.

On Monday, The Cosby Show star's attorney wants these claims completely dismissed!

According to lawyer Monique Pressley, these charges against the 78-year-old "violate an express agreement" where Cosby "would never be prosecuted with respect to the allegations of sexual assault made by complainant Andrea Constand."

Back in 2006, the disgraced actor and Constand agreed to a civil settlement after she initially sued him.

According to Cosby's counsel, authorities agreed to a "non-prosecution agreement… for the express purpose of inducing Mr. Cosby to testify fully in Ms. Constand's civil litigation against him."

In a statement against District Attorney Kevin Steele, Monique said

Lamar Odom Will NOT Face Drug Possession Charges For Last Year's Overdose!

What a relief for Lamar!

The good news just keeps coming for Lamar Odom!

Sources say the Nye County District Attorney will NOT be slapping the 36-year-old with drug possession charges after his scary overdose last year.

After he was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel in October, blood tests revealed that the ailing athlete had cocaine in his system.

At the time, the county sheriff suggested that the sports star be prosecuted for having the narcotics, but has since decided to call off the case.

It turns out that law enforcement officials rarely press drug charges when the user ends up in the hospital.

And since the OD almost killed him, the famous father had remained in medical facilities up until last week when he was released and moved to a private rehab.

Insiders explain that the D.A. will formally reject the charges this week. We're so happy that Lamar doesn't have to worry about any criminal repercussions and can just focus on getting better!

Robert Durst Makes Extradition Deal With Feds — See Why The Jinx Is 'Eager' To Face Murder Charges In Los Angeles!

Robert Durst is heading back to the West Coast.

Earlier this year, the subject of the HBO docu-series The Jinx was charged with murder for the 2000 execution-style shooting of his college friend Susan Berman — allegedly to keep her from talking to investigators about the disappearance of his first wife in 1982.

Next summer, the New York real estate heir will return to El Lay to face the murder charges — and possibly the death penalty.

On Tuesday, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office said the former fugitive agreed to be extradited from New Orleans by August 18, 2016.

According to court filings, the 72-year-old has struck a plea deal with federal prosecutors on a federal gun charge — which has kept him held in Louisiana since March.

One of Durst's lawyers, Dick DeGuerin, said in a statement that the extradition deal was:

"Part of our effort to have Robert Durst face and defeat the California murder charge as soon as possible. Bob Durst didn't kill Susan Berman and doesn't know who did… He is eager to go to trial and prove his innocence."

We're not sure what will come of this extradition agreement, but hopefully the truth comes out and justice will be served.

Driver Who Crashed Into Las Vegas Crowd Had Been Homeless For 2 Years — And Was Allegedly In Vegas Because Of THIS!

The woman who collided into dozens of people in Las Vegas has been facing financial burdens for two years.

Lakeisha Holloway was arrested and charged with murder for killing one person and injuring at least 30 others when she ran over a crowd of people with her car on Sunday.

The 24-year-old told police she wasn't able to get a decent night's sleep in Vegas the week before the crash because she was sleeping in her car.

According to TMZ, Holloway has not had a place to live since January 2014 after she was evicted from her apartment in Washington state. Legal documents showed a judge ordered her out as she was behind on rent and utilities.

The Portland, Oregon resident's family members said while they had let her periodically stay at their homes over the past 2 years, she never had a permanent place to live.

The mother was allegedly coming back from Texas to visit the father of her 3-year-old daughter, when she stopped in Vegas on her way back to Oregon to see if there were work opportunities.

If this is all true, it sounds like Holloway was trying to get her life back together — which will be a lot harder to do now that she faces murder charges.

Nicki Minaj is standing by her man.

As we reported, Meek Mill could face jail time for violating his probation after he traveled outside of Philadelphia WITHOUT permission.

The All Eyes On You rapper was arrested in 2009 on drug and weapons charges, and even violated his probation once before in 2014.

Even with all of this legal turmoil, the 28-year-old has found a way to get himself into even MORE trouble!

Recently, the Philly-native had to submit a urine sample to the court. When the lab technician received it, it turned out to be water.

The musician — whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams — defended his specimen, saying he drinks a lot of water and protein shakes due to his fitness routine.

On Thursday, Minaj appeared in court and reiterated what her man said. She affirms that Williams does NOT do drugs and did NOT botch his urine.

Does the judge believe them?! Time will tell.
