During the meeting, 9-year-old Zianna stood behind the podium, emotionally addressing racism and police shootings before the council, saying:

"I came here today to talk about how I feel, and I feel like we are treated differently than other people. And, I don't like how we're treated just because of our color. Doesn't mean anything to me."

The little girl began to break down, and exclaimed, with tears streaming down her face:

"We are black people and we shouldn't have to feel like this. We shouldn't have to protest because y'all are treating us wrong. We do this because we need to, and have rights."

Through her tears, the inspiring youngster composed herself, and continued:

**WARNING: Graphic Details/Video Ahead**

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department probably thought it would help their argument to release body camera footage from the fatal shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, but it actually proved an officer violated policy.

Over the weekend, CMPD released video from one dashboard camera and one body camera from the controversial killing.

In the body cam clip, we silently see an officer standing outside Keith's white SUV with his gun drawn. Then, the officer wearing the camera appears to be hitting the truck with his baton.

We see Mr. Scott getting out of his car as the body cam cop runs across the street — with his own weapon drawn — to take cover behind a white pickup truck.

The fatal shots are fired off-camera, and the audio doesn't turn on until the footage shows the 43-year-old already on the ground.

But, as The Washington Post revealed, the officer didn't officially activate the camera until AFTER the father was shot. Steve Tuttle, a spokesman for Taser (the company who made the department's tech), explained how the equipment works, saying:

According to authorities, the Charlotte resident was shot near the Omni Hotel, as protesters scuffled with officers in riot gear.

City officials insist it was not a cop who fired on Justin, and are launching an investigation to try and find the person responsible.

So far, no arrests have been made.

We're devastated that Justin was taken so soon, and our hearts are with everyone affected by this tragic loss.

Chelsea Clinton Reveals Baby Charlotte Received One Of The Last Dresses Oscar De La Renta Ever Made!

Chelsea Clinton pays tribute to Oscar de la Renta with the sweetest story involving her daughter!

Wow! It doesn't get much sweeter than this!

While paying tribute to late designer, Oscar de la Renta, at the CFDA Awards on Monday night, Chelsea Clinton was on hand, sharing two especially beautiful stories to honor him.

And one involves her now eight-month-old daughter, Charlotte!

Before passing away due to complications from cancer at the age of 82, Chelsea revealed the iconic designer knit a pink dress for her daughter. She divulged:

"The last conversation I ever had with Oscar was when my husband, Mark, and I called to thank him for Charlotte's gift, to see how he was doing, to see how he was feeling, to tell him that we were thinking about him, that we loved him. And of course all Oscar wanted to do was to talk about Charlotte — to see how she was doing, who did she look like, was she healthy, how was I feeling so soon after having given birth…He was always relentlessly focused on the future: whether a new season, or a new child, and yet he never forgot who his family and his friends and his colleagues were, with whom he had already created his legacy.

The mom of one continued:

"But most of all, Oscar had a generous spirit, a generous mind, and a truly limitless heart. The dress that Oscar made for Charlotte was among the last — if not the very last thing — he ever made. I will make sure that she knows that she is one very lucky little girl to have been given such a gift. I will also make sure that she knows that she's even luckier to live in a world that could create someone who was such a creator as Oscar de la Renta. And that we are better for the life that he lived and all the love that he gave away. I miss him every single day. Thank you all very much."

Alright. Cue the waterworks!

Is Charlotte officially the luckiest girl in the world, or what?? Hope she cherishes that knit frock forever.
