Life ain't so breezy for Chris Brown these days!
A few weeks after Chris' El Lay home was invaded, he received more bad news — emigration officers in the Philippines won't let the singer leave the country after his July 21 performance. Yep, CB is currently STUCK in the country as other scheduled concerts in Tel Aviv and Cyprus draw near.

According to officials, Brown has yet to pay back $1 million dollars he pocketed for a canceled New Years Eve show, a big no no for authorities.
In response to the crazy situation, the father of one released a since deleted Instagram video, ranting:
"Can somebody please tell me what the f–k is going on? I don't know. I'm reading headline after headline. What the f–k? What the f–k is going on?"
Hmm, it seems quite clear what's going on… Chris needs to pony up some dough!
A source close to the situation, however, says Brown leaving the country is not as difficult as seems, elaborating:
"Chris had not applied for the emigration clearance he needs to leave Manila."
Wait, all the 25-year-old has to do is complete an application?! What?!
C'mon, CB! Get your sh*t together so you don't miss more shows — your fans are counting on you!
