Halle Berry Goes CSI On Her Baby Daddy To Get PROOF That He's Dying Their Daughter's Hair!

halle berry gabriel aubry dying daughters hair has proof

DAMN! Maybe Halle Berry's next TV show should be CSI!

The HAWT momma has been in and out of the courtroom fighting with her model baby daddy Gabriel Aubry over custody of their daughter Nahla.

They were battling over how much child support she pays him and now they're feuding over the lightening of Nahla's hair…

Because the actress believes Gabriel lightened and straightened her gorgeously natural mane so that she would not appear to be African American. Majorly effed up.

Well, in order to strengthen her case, Halle reportedly took her daughter's hairbrush to Microtrace, a forensic consulting lab, to test the follicles and see whether they were being dyed.

Sure enough, Halle was right and they concluded that there was:

We're glad Buddy Valastro is taking responsibility for his actions.

On Monday morning, the Cake Boss star pleaded GUILTY to a drunk driving charge from November 14 — a violation which earned him a suspended license for 3 months, a $300 fine, and a mandatory drunk driving course.

Sounds fair to us!

Valastro told the judge he had ONE drink before he was pulled over, a claim we're a tad suspicious of in light of his outrageous behavior towards the arresting cops.

Even if the reality star did in fact have one drink, it doesn't excuse driving under the influence. Next time hail a cab, Buddy!

Before arriving at court, the famed baker tweeted that he wanted to make the situation "right", and we can only hope that he's sincere for the sake of himself and others.

Halle Berry Thinks Her Ex Is Trying To Make Her Daughter More White! WTF?!?

You do NOT mess with Storm…

Halle Berry took her ex Gabriel Aubry to court after alleging that he's attempting to make their six-year-old daughter, Nahla, white.

If true, that's just so wrong.

Apparently, Halle's upset that Gabriel was straightening and dying Nahla's hair, which is naturally curly and brown.

Halle is determined that Gabriel is doing so because he reportedly doesn't want her to appear African American.

In a court proceeding on Monday morning, a judge ruled that neither parent could alter the state of Nahla's hair, so her locks will be allowed to grow back naturally.

Leaving the child out of parental mess is key, and we're glad the judge ruled this way! The drama between Gabriel and Halle is nutty!

Ray Rice Set To Testify In Court After NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Gets Questioned By His Lawyers

Ray Rice will testify in court today in hopes of having his indefinite suspension appealed.

Just days after Adrian Peterson avoided jail time in his child abuse case, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has to immediately switch his attention over to another ugly scandal.

The commish made his way to a New York courtroom yesterday where he testified and was cross examined in Ray Rice's hearing to appeal his indefinite suspension from the league.

The hearing stems from the footballer's suspension that took place nearly two months ago after footage showed him punching his now wife Janay Rice in an elevator, knocking her unconscious.

According to court documents, the 60-year-old is accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill two people between September 25th and 26th. He's also accused of threatening to kill an accuser on the 26th.

His bandmates found out about the fate of their drummer right as the news broke.

With an album release on the horizon, many wonder if Phil's legal troubles will deter the release of the album or their upcoming tour.
