The cool collab from the UK artists is bringing us back to the English beauty's Paper Planes days, with its techno-hip hop sound that's perfectly complemented by M.I.A.'s raps and the One Direction alum's haunting vocals.
The momma-of-one gushed about the former boy band member's contribution to the song, saying:
"I made this song a long time ago and it was always sort of mainstream sounding for me. If I was going to have a collaboration and have someone like Zayn, this was the perfect song. It takes me out of my comfort zone, but it takes him out of his as well."
Arianators were quick to jump to conclusions over the weekend when Ariana teased a brand new song on her Snapchat… less than THREE MONTHS after dropping Dangerous Woman.
While Ari's third studio album peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, we've only gotten two singles out of the set — the titular track as well as Into You — so it's a bit early to be making new music.
With that said, fans are just as curious as we are and have been assuming the unnamed song could actually be the single she reportedly recorded with Diplo; and could be featured on a Dangerous Woman re-release.
All we know for sure about the R&B/Pop crossover is that we sure are into it!
Ch-ch-check out Ariana's snapped snippet of the supposed single (below)!!!
The cool collab — penned with the help of Ed Sheeran and pop producer Benny Blanco — features a bangin' dance beat (duh) as well as some acoustic guitar, all while the pop star croons some loving lyrics. Fierce.
Meanwhile, the Danish songstress lends her voice to the harmonies and the bridge on the fun track! Ready for the next big summer hit?! Ch-ch-check it out (above)!
Honestly, did you expect anything less from such a star-studded group??
After all, the Biebs and Ed worked together on the wildly popular Love Yourself, MØ and Major Lazer teamed up for last year's smash single Lean On, and J.B. famously collaborated with Diplo and Skrillex — AKA Jack Ü — on Where Are U Now. Color us impressed!
In the fiery post, Ms. Palmer believes Kylie changed her appearance to gain "society's affection" after fans repeatedly called her "ugly".
Not only does the actress feel this type of bullying is wrong, but she also finds the entire situation grossly ironic considering fans STILL trash the reality star for being fake. It's definitely a lose lose situation, right?!
