Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale may have filed for divorce because of irreconcilable differences, but there is one thing they both agree on: their kids come first.
While the Bush rocker and The Voice coach announced they were calling it quits in August, a source says we shouldn't expect them to get locked in a legal battle over custody:
"There are no issues when it comes to custody. Gwen and Gavin both agree that the boys should be able to spend as much time as they want with both of their parents."
The singers were married for 13 years — together for over 20 — and in that time they had three sons. Their oldest, Kingston, is nine, Zuma is seven, and Apollo is only 19 months.

An insider close to No Doubt's leading lady and her ex says they're doing everything they can to make sure their kids have an easy transition, explaining:
"There is an ongoing conversation with the boys to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible. To both Gwen and Gavin, the boys are their number one priority and concern."
We hope the former flames are doing what they feel is best for them AND their little ones.
