Watch Imagine Dragons Pay Tribute To Ben E. King At The Billboard Music Awards With Stand By Me!

Imagine Dragons paid homage to the late Ben E. King at the Billboard Music Awards with a cover of Stand By Me.

John Legend introduced them, explaining how hundreds of artists have covered this song over the years, but this has to go down as one of the best renditions.

The group didn't try to 'make it their own,' they just played the tune the way we all know it, allowing the crowd to join in and sing along during the tribute.

And letting people say goodbye while honoring the musician is what tributes are all about, aren't they?

Ch-ch-check it out (above)!

New Mumford & Sons Song Takes Both The Mumford And The Sons Out Of Mumford & Sons — How Do YOU Feel About This New Sound??

Filed under: Music MinuteMumford & Sons

We love Coldplay Kings of Leon Imagine Dragons Mumford & Sons!

While Mumford & Sons' first two albums weren't for everyone, you can't say they didn't have a distinct sound.

However, the same cannot be said for their third studio album Wilder Mind if their new single Believe is any indication of what's about to come.

Gone are the banjo and the harmonica that gave M&S their Grammy-winning edge, and what's left is just another rock band aiming to make it big on the radio.

That's not to say that Believe isn't a good listen, we just wouldn't have been able to tell you that it was by the same guys who sang I Will Wait.

Ch-ch-check out the song that is sure to be attached to a sad car commercial at some point (below)!!!

By playing a concert 35,000 feet in the air — literally!

The Grammy-winning band is teaming up with Southwest Airlines to perform a surprise Live at 35 concert on a February 24th flight!

Beginning on February 3rd, the airline is launching a sweepstakes for a fan and three friends to win tickets for experience.

But, they're not just giving the winners tickets for the airline.

The lucky fans will get to have a four-day, three-night concert event where they will go to two concerts on the ground, both intimate settings, in Las Vegas and Atlanta, AND attend the Live at 35 concert as well!

How freakin' cool is that?!?

Whomever wins this contest (+ their three friends) is certainly the luckiest fans of the band in the world!

Is Transformers: Age of Extinction Gunning For Best Picture Oscar? YOU BET YOUR BUTTS IT IS!

And in today's "wait… what?" news: Transformers: Age of Extinction has launched a Best Picture Oscar campaign.

How did we miss this??

If you're wondering why that movie would be gunning for Best Picture, you're not alone. It's obviously got Best Picture on lock, so why bother with a campaign? LOLz!!

Movie studio Paramount Pictures has started with "For Your Consideration" ads trying to sway Academy members to vote for their films.

[ Related: Neil Patrick Harris Wasn't First Choice To Host The Oscars?! ]

Transformers: Age of Extinction is vying for not only Best Picture, but also Best Director (Michael Bay), Best Adapted Screenplay (Ehren Kruger) and Best Original Song (Imagine Dragons - Battle Cry).

There are other Paramount films we feel have a slightly better shot at Best Picture, like maybe Interstellar perhaps??

Sure, the fourth Transformers movie made $1 billion in worldwide ticket sales but is that enough to earn the respect of The Academy?

Our prediction is no, no it won't, but hey, that's just our opinion.

Does Transformers: Age of Extinction deserve the Oscar for Best Picture?
