If Donald Trump is elected President, here's just one more indication that we can expect a scary set of leadership principles guiding the country.
In a speech from Youngstown, Ohio early Monday afternoon, the Republican presidential nominee called for "extreme vetting" for immigrants wanting to enter the United States.
More than that, though, he laid out plans to temporarily halt all immigration from specific regions of the world — but like most Trump speeches, he lacked the specifics about how to actually go about executing his vision, or what his plan would look like.
This speech comes just hours after news leaked that Trump was going to lay out plans to require ideological and political tests for immigrants wanting to enter the country.
His aides, in fact, have openly discussed The Donald's plans to require these ideological tests for those hoping to immigrate to America, with senior policy advisor Stephen Miller going so far as to tell the AP before the speech:
