There will be no fairytale happy ending for The Newsroom's Allison Pill and Jay Baruchel!

After a two-year engagement, the latest Hollywood couple have called it quits.

Prior to the split, the two native Canadians planned to wed in September 2012 in Quebec after meeting on the set of Goon in 2010.

Twitter apparently poses as a danger to all celebrities intent upon taking naked pics of themselves.

Newsroom actress Alison Pill has become the latest famous face to get hacked accidentally tweet a naked picture of herself.

She's joined the likes of Anthony Weiner and posted the topless shot (above) for all of her 15,000+ followers to see. Unlike Weiner's antics, however, she's taking it all in stride.

Instead of making up excuses or denying the authenticity of the image, Pill simply removed the pic from her account and tweeted:

Yep. That picture happened. Ugh. My tech issues have now reached new heights, apparently. How a deletion turned into a tweet… Apologies.

And they'll be bringing back Batman & Robin's Joel Schumacher to helm the Batman reboot!!! JK!

Schumacher may not be returning, but then again neither will Christopher Nolan as director, or Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne, because after The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters, Warner Bros will be completely rebooting the Batman franchise.

Here's what WB chief Jeff Robinov had to say about it:

“We have the third Batman, but then we’ll have to reinvent Batman…Chris Nolan and [producing partner and wife] Emma Thomas will be producing it, so it will be a conversation with them about what the next phase is.”

Well at least Christopher Nolan will be involved on SOME level. That makes us feel a bit better about it.

Guess we'll see who they bring in to direct. How about they go the comedy route and bring in Judd Apatow for this one? LOLz.

We're thinking James Franco as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Harold Ramis as Alfred, Leslie Mann as Bruce's love interest, and Seth Rogen Jason Segel Jay Baruchel Jonah Hill as the new Joker!

And hey…if they want to stay conventional for this reboot, that's fine! They can bring in Apatow when they reboot the franchise again in 2020.

Such happy news!

Jay Baruchel announced today that he and fellow actor Alison Pill got engaged over the holidays!

He reveals:

"I was going to give her a ring, and I wasn't sure. I wasn't ready in my heart to say what it was. When I gave it to her, I just said, basically, 'Shit or get off the pot.' I said, 'Fuck it, will you marry me?' "

Ha! Not a typical proposal!

But thankfully, she must have appreciated it, because she said yes!

The couple plan to officially tie the knot in September of 2012!

It doesn't have a title. It doesn't have a logline. We don't know ANYTHING about it…except that it has a release date.

Universal has given Judd Apatow a release date for his next film, based solely on the fact that everything he touches turns to gold except maybe Funny People.

It's only speculation at this point, but here are some things we'll expect to see in Apatow's next movie:

-A nerdy guy who romances an out-of-his-league girl

-Jonah Hill

-A bunch of guys smoking marijuana and talking about movies

-Pop culture references that are hilarious now, but will be seriously dated pretty soon

-Jason Segel, Seth Rogen, and/or Jay Baruchel

We think he could probably hold his own against these guys!

Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe has reportedly been approached to join Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel in their horror/comedy Jay and Seth Vs. The Apocalypse, and according to sources, the Brit is "keen to get involved!"

We hope he does!

The film, which chronicles two stoners slackers who inadvertantly survive the end of the world trapped in their apartment, was filmed originally as a short in 2007 and is slated to be adapted into a full-length feature!

Radcliffe hasn't had the opportunity yet to show off his comedic skills, but we have a sneaking suspicion that he can be pretty HIGHlarious! We wonder what kind of part he'd end up playing!
