Umm, is there ever an excuse for violence?!
On Friday, Jenelle Evans' lawyer released a statement that defended her alleged assault against Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend. Apparently, Nathan wasn't supposed to bring his latest lady love to Jenelle's house when he went to retrieve his belongings.

The lawyer argued:
"It's my understanding that Nathan was asked to come get some of his things and that Evans would leave them at the end of the driveway so that there would be no need to have interaction between the two of them. And Jenelle had requested that he not bring his new girlfriend and he said that's fine."
Yep, we see where this is going…
Evans' attorney elaborated:
"She was at the house and had just got Kaiser down for a nap, and looked out the window and she was with him. And so she called him and asked him to please leave and he hung up on her. And then he pulled in the driveway and so she walked out and she had a glass of ice water in her hand, and it's my understanding that he got out and …. had a verbal altercation."
At some point during the altercation, the reality star felt "threatened" by the new girlfriend and so she threw the water. Apparently the "momentum" of the momma's throw caused the glass to hit Nate's paramour. The Teen Mom 2 star also alleged that the GF threw the broken glass back in her direction.
Yikes! Violent fights between Jenelle and Nathan has become all too common!
So, are U buying this story?
