On Saturday, Orange is the New Black's Samira Wiley married her fiancée Lauren Morelli in a sweet ceremony in Palm Springs, CA. And it sounds like it was the wedding of the season, as Martha Stewart Weddings revealed the twosome's ceremony was confetti themed AND that they also walked up the aisle to Montell Jordan's This Is How We Do It.

What an exciting time for Samira Wiley and her fiancée Lauren Morelli!

On Tuesday, Samira and Lauren announced their engagement with an adorable photo. The happy news comes about two years after the pair first started dating.

In the cute snap, Morelli flashes a big smile while Wiley flaunts her gorgeous engagement ring. It looks like the actress' lady did good!

The Orange Is The New Black star captioned the happy announcement:

As for the engagement details, it looks like Lauren took the 29-year-old on a surprise getaway to Palm Springs to pop the question. How romantic!

On another note, this won't be L.M.'s first marriage. The writer was previously married to a man before meeting and falling in love with Samira on the set of OITNB.

Lauren Morelli, one of the lead writers on the show Orange is the New Black, has filed for divorce after realizing she's a lesbian!

And she's dating one of the show's stars!

Morelli was married for two years to her husband Steve Basilone, and she started writing for the show five months after they exchanged vows.

Well, the split is amicable because, as Lauren explained it, writing about the main character's lesbian relationship in the show gave her a glimpse into her future! She said
