It now appears Donald Trump rigged his own charity golf tournament, and then when caught, used money from his own charity to settle the lawsuit!!

The Washington Post is reporting that The Donald used about a quarter of a million dollars from his charity to settle his own legal problems, including $158,000 on a golf tournament controversy which went down in 2010.

It all started when a man named Martin Greenberg knocked a hole-in-one on the 13th hole of Trump's Westchester County, New York golf course six years ago — and in accordance with the rules of the tournament, was supposed to have won a $1 million prize.

Jim Carrey SLAMS Lawsuit Alleging He Gave Late Ex-GF Cathriona White Fatal Prescription Drugs!

Jim Carrey is tired of the BS!

As we reported, on Monday, Cathriona White's secret estranged husband Mark Burton filed a lawsuit against the actor accusing him of providing her with deadly prescription meds. Last September, the 30-year-old committed suicide by overdosing on Ambien, Propranolol, and Percocet.

That same day, the Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind star's lawyer — Marty Singer — says his client is in no way, shape, or form responsible for his ex-girlfriend's death.

Singer says Carrey didn't give her a single pill, and that she "stole" his prescriptions.

The 54-year-old comedic legend says he will fight Burton's allegations and will NOT settle the case! He said:

"There are moments in life when you have to stand up and defend your honor against the evil in this world. I will not tolerate this heartless attempt to exploit me or the woman I loved."

Additionally, White had problems long before she was in a relationship with the thespian.

Fox Settles Gretchen Carlson's Sexual Harassment Lawsuit With An Apology — Oh, And MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!

Well, at least Gretchen Carlson got an apology?

The former Fox News host filed paperwork on Tuesday to dismiss her sexual harassment lawsuit against former cable boss Roger Ailes after parent organization 21st Century Fox apologized to the newswoman.

Oh yeah, and in addition to the apology itself, Carlson will be walking away with a whopping $20 million settlement, according to terms first reported by Vanity Fair.

ICYMI: Over 200 Musicians — Including Jennifer Hudson, R. Kelly, & Weezer — Defend Pharrell Against 'Dangerous' Blurred Lines Verdict!

Last week, it was reported that Pharrell Williams and Robin Thicke clapped back hard at that Blurred Lines lawsuit — appealing the verdict that they committed copyright infringement against Marvin Gaye's Got to Give It Up.

Throughout the drawn out court battle, the singers expressed the sentiment that paying homage to an earlier era and making a song reminiscent of a sound shouldn't fall under copyright infringement.

And it looks like a TON of musicians agree — because 212 artists, composers, and producers have filed a brief with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the bid by Williams, Thicke, and T.I. to overturn the decision.

Musicians from all corners of the industry have banded together to support the appeal, claiming that the Blurred Lines creators deserve victory on grounds that the court's ruling will set a precedent that will "stifle creativity" and "impede the creative process."

Among those who threw their names in the ring are the members of Train, Linkin Park, Earth, Wind & Fire, The Black Crowes, Fall Out Boy, as well as Weezer's Rivers Cuomo, Hall & Oates' John Oates, R. Kelly, Hans Zimmer, Jennifer Hudson, Jean Baptiste, Evan Bogart and Brian Burton (Danger Mouse).

The artist's brief, penned by entertainment attorney Ed McPherson, states:

Ariana Grande Is Getting Sued For Allegedly Ripping Off THIS Songwriter!

On Tuesday, songwriter Alex Greggs filed a lawsuit claiming Ariana Grande's 2014 hit One Last Time is EXTREMELY similar to his 2012 song Takes All Night, performed by EDM artist Skye Stevens!

According to legal docs, Greggs says the Dangerous Woman and producer David Guetta stole the music and lyrics of his song's chorus!

He is demanding royalties from Ari's track.

Alex is well-known in the music industry, working with stars such as Lady GaGa, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, AND Michael Jackson.

Shannen Doherty Lands Settlement In $15 Million Lawsuit Against Former Business Management Over Health Insurance

A year after filing a lawsuit against her former business manager, Shannen Doherty can claim a small victory.

On Monday, TMZ revealed both parties were finally able to reach a settlement in the $15 million legal battle, where the actress claimed her ex management firm was negligent with her health insurance leading to her late breast cancer diagnosis.

As we previously reported, the Charmed star went as far to say in the legal docs against Tanner, Mainstain, Glynn & Johnson that if she were still covered by insurance, her cancer could have been caught earlier OR even prevented!!

They reached the settlement at the end of last week, and it's being reported her former management's lawyers were ready to depose the celebrity again in order to find out "how sick she really was."

So so sad.

Although she hasn't spoken out about the lawsuit news, she did share a happier clip to Instagram on Monday:

Kesha Drops New York Sexual Assault Charges Against Dr. Luke!

The legal drama is coming to an end.

As we reported earlier this month, Kesha dropped her sexual assault lawsuit against producer Dr. Luke in California. The two have been involved in a bitter legal battle that has damaged both of their careers.

On Friday, the We R Who We R singer also dropped her abuse allegations in her New York case as well.

In court, she told the judge that she is no longer relying on abuse claims in order get out of her contract with Luke's label, Kemosabe Records.

For the past couple of months, the Los Angeles musician has tried to appeal an April ruling where the court rejected all of her claims against the music maker.

Aside from the lawsuit, Kesha wants to get her music career on track, and has already sent 28 songs to her label.

We are eagerly awaiting her comeback.
