DeMario Jackson Says Tapes Of 'Consensual' Encounter With Corinne Olympios Will Vindicate Him In Bachelor In Paradise Scandal

Well, DeMario Jackson sure sounds confident about the potential end result of this Bachelor In Paradise scandal involving him and Corinne Olympios.

As we learned earlier today, Corinne's story allegedly doesn't jive with sources who have direct knowledge of exactly what BIP producers caught on tape — and now it looks like DeMario is moving in on trying to clear his name from the fluid situation.

Playboy Model Katie May's Baby Daddy Suing Chiropractor Over 'Aggressive Neck Adjustment' Lawyers Say Caused Her Death

no title

We told you about the tragic death of Katie May last year.

The Playboy model died in February 2016 after suffering a stroke the coroner ruled was caused by a torn artery apparently suffered during a trip to the chiropractor. She was only 34.

Now May's estate executor, Alex Maimon, who had an 8-year-old daughter with the model, is suing Dr. Eric Marc Swartz for his role in her death.

According to TMZ, the legal case made by the estate says when May went to Dr. Swartz after a fall, he should have sent her to the hospital for more tests rather than giving her an "aggressive neck adjustment." The suit also claims the doc wrote her patient report four days AFTER her death. Suspicious…

Maimon is suing for wrongful death, malpractice, and negligence. And it sounds like he might have a case.

What do YOU think??

Now Rebel Wilson Is The One Being Sued — Over A Case Of Mistaken Identity!

no title

Ooh, Rebel Wilson. This is not a good look, girl.

In case you haven't been following the drama, the Pitch Perfect star has been embroiled in a lawsuit with Bauer Media over an article in Women's Day which points out that she lied about her age.

We don't get what the big deal is with lying about your age in Hollywood, but whatevs. Gurl says she lost jobs in Kung Fu Panda 3 and Trolls over the "scandal" — and voiceover work is a cushy gig.

Photos: You Won't Believe These Stars Are The Same Age!

The bigger issue she's facing now is that she personally called out the journalist for contacting her grandmother in search of the story, posting her photo and calling her "scum." Or rather the problem is she DIDN'T.

See, the Elizabeth Wilson whose pic she posted was a writer for Bauer Media's House and Garden Magazine — NOT the Elizabeth Wilson who wrote the article for Women's Day.

What are the odds, right?

Well, now the wrong Elizabeth is suing the very wrong Wilson over the slight. The defamation suit is set to be heard by the New South Wales Supreme Court in August.

So much drama over a number!

Ever Wonder How Stars Can Lose All Their Money?? Check Out The Latest From Johnny Depp's Lawsuit!

no title

We've heard the story a hundred times — but how exactly can a management group lose all their star's money without him finding out about it?

The latest docs from Johnny Depp's ongoing legal battle with TMG may give some insight into the alleged coverup.

According to TMZ, the newest tune Jack Sparrow is singing in his fraud lawsuit is that The Management Group took out loans over a decade to cover up the money they had lost — using Depp's own property as collateral!

The loans reportedly total over $40 MILLION, the largest being $22 mil in a single loan from City National Bank! Wowza.

So we know TMG says Johnny dropped the money on a troubling wine habit and an audio engineer to give him his lines; what does he say they blew the money on??

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star says it was all just carelessness and incompetence. For instance, they paid off a neighbor who claimed to have a property dispute without even looking into it — and apparently kept doing so for years, as the $3,000/month starting in 2007 added up to $320K! Another time he says they simply forgot to cancel a lease, costing another $350K!

Johnny says he only found out about all the money problems in 2015 when TMG told him he would have to sell some of his property in France to keep from going broke. Eesh. Now he's just trying to get back $25 mil.

How does TMG feel about this? Well their attorney Michael Kump says:

The Fyre Festival Dubbed A Ponzi Scheme In New Legal Docs! Ruh Roh!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal Matters

The Fyre Festival was supposedly a Ponzi scheme.

The Fyre Festival has been called a lot of things, and we can officially add Ponzi scheme to the list!

A class action lawsuit filed against the festival organizers has reached 300 people, according to attorney Mark Geragos, and new legal documents claim that concertgoers suffered from bacterial infections and heat exhaustion, among other things.

Related: Event Planners Knew Fyre Fest Would Be Disastrous

According to TMZ, the lawsuit also claims the entire thing was a Ponzi scheme targeting "seemingly successful millennials," and that organizers knew it would be a disaster but wanted to screw people out of as much money as possible.

The lawsuit demands $100 million in damages.

Eek! This just keeps getting worse, doesn't it?

Here's hoping Ja Rule and fellow organizer Billy McFarland have a lot of spare dough lying around. And they might, considering how much people paid to go to this charade.
