Kelly has denied engagement rumors, but even based on these photos alone, we're sure Kelly —hopefully with a sober Ozzy — will be walking down the aisle in no time at all!

Kelly Osbourne may think she's still a little on the heavy side, even after losing 70 pounds, but the red floral bikini she wore during her Australian getaway is showing a lot different!

On Saturday, the Fashion Police starlet enjoyed some fun in the sun with her boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart at the Park Hyatt hotel's pool, and even though she was in the land down under to promote the women's magazine, Cleo, for which she contributes as a columnist, she also made sure to promote her killer curves.

Kelly has come a long way from her overweight days, and we have to admit, she has NEVER looked this good.

Kelly Osbourne killed two birds with one stone on Wednesday: went shopping and spent time with her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart in New York City.

The Fashion Policewoman hit up Patricia Fields looking very rock n' roll in a plain white tee, Saint Laurent leather jacket and black pants.

She completed the look with black ankle boots, cat-eye sunnies, a studded headband and pulled her lavender locks back into a messy ponytail.

Maybe Kelly O can start giving Matt some style tips; it looks like he could use a few.

We were so worried when we heard about Kelly Osbourne's health scare, but now we have photographic evidence that proves she is fine and dandy!

The fashionista was seen out and about for the first time on Sunday —with her adorable boy toy Matthew Mosshart in tow—since her scary hospitalization after experiencing a seizure while filming an episode of Fashion Police.

However, as reported by Kelly’s rep last week, her doctors “ran numerous test” and they were able to fortunately determine this was a “one time episode.” She's even said to be heading back to work this week, "business as usual."

Thanks goodness! We're so relieved that she is okay and that she's rebounding so quickly!

Also, even after all she's been through this past week, she still looks fierce!!! Loving that jacket!

After strutting the catwalk in a stunning red gown at New York Fashion Week, Kelly Osbourne and fiance boyfriend Matthew Mosshart jetted back into LAX today to return to her duties on Fashion Police.

They may not be engaged YET, but they certainly look to be going in that direction.

There aren't too many men devoted enough to escort their women on a cross-country quicky trip! And we bet his luscious locks make for a great, cushy pillow on all those long flights.

You better seal the deal with him while you can Kelly, because we someone just might be plotting to steal him away from you!
