With a strong core audience from the comic book, the aid of the hit show Arrow spinning it off, and the popularity of superheroes in general, we knew The Flash would have a strong premiere.

But we didn't realize even Barry Allen could gather an audience THIS fast!

After a week of DVR viewership tallied, the Scarlet Speedster's first outing has broken ratings records at the CW.

With 6.8 million viewers, the pilot episode is the single most watched telecast in the network's history!

The most recent episode hasn't had a full week for folks to clear out their DVRs yet, but it's already clocked in 5.2 million viewers - not a bad drop off three episodes in.

Looks like the CW has another hit on its hands! Go, Grant Gustin, go!

The ongoing fantasy epic has finally bested The Sopranos to become the most-watched show is HBO history!

This season has averaged 18.4 million viewers per episode, edging out the 18.2 million of The Sopranos' best-rated season, a feat made even more impressive by the sheer amount of options out there on Sunday nights.

We mean, The Sopranos didn't have to compete with Mad Men!

So how did GoT take down the reigning mob family? By being superior in three big ways:

How I Met Your Mother Finale Reaches A Series High In The Ratings - But Was The Episode Truly, Wait For It, Legendary?

When it came to making sure their finale was a hit, How I Met Your Mother's delivery can be summed up in two words: challenge accepted!

The finale, which was for sure a tear-jerker, definitely jerked a lot of tears because it was the most watched episode in the series 9 years. Legen…wait for it…dary!

The last installment in the story earned CBS 12.9 million viewers, and a rating of a 5.3 in the key 18-49 demographic!

Meanwhile, show creator Craig Thomas had this to tweet regarding the show's rating success, which although disappointed some fans for some reasons we won't spoil, was a fitting end to the series:
