We can't believe this is happening!
The home that was once known as Michael Jackson's infamous Neverland Ranch has been renamed as "Sycamore Valley Ranch" and is being listed on the real estate market for $100 million.
While not many people can afford a nine figure home, there's no doubt MJ stans are going to try their best to pose as a potential buyer just to get a glimpse inside the King of Pop's former living quarters!

Suzanne Perkins, Harry Kolb, and Jeffrey Hyland – the listing agents of the ranch — are taking precautions against the singer's fans and said they will be doing extensive pre-qualification of potential buyers before showing the property.
"Our seller is not encouraging a lot of showings."
While his listing partner Suzanne added:
"We're not going to be giving tours."
The Los Olivos property is about 40 miles from Santa Barbara and it's equipped with a lot of things — minus the orangutans and elephants that once roamed the ranch when the Thriller singer was still alive.
It is said that the amusement park rides are gone along with the animals, but there's currently one lone llama on the estate.
What is left from when MJ used to own it is the floral clock that spells out "Neverland," the building that used to house the Neverland Valley Fire Department, along with the railroad tracks and train station that was created at Jackson's request.

The giant property is about 2,700 acres and has roughly 22 structures on it. The Normandy-style main house with six bedrooms sits between the property's two lakes, it has an attached staff quarters, a four bedroom guest house near the main home, and a two bedroom guesthouse farther from the house.
It also comes with a swimming pool equipped with a cabana, a barbecue area, a basketball cort, and a tennis court! There's also a 50-seat movie theater with a private viewing balcony, and a stage that includes trap doors for magic shows!
Whoever buys this home will probably never have to leave it — they could just take a vacation right on their property if they need to relax!
