And since the DJ duo made the blunt comment to one of the leading music publications, we aren't entirely surprised the blonde heard about their less-than stellar review.

The Little Monsters are NOT going to like this!

On Tuesday, Rolling Stone released their profile on The Chainsmokers who dished about their favorite and — most importantly — least favorite artists.

Ever since the success of their mega-hit Closer, the duo — Alex Pall (right) and Drew Taggart — have mingled with music's biggest names including Chris Martin from Coldplay, fellow EDM superstar Calvin Harris, and Bono from U2!

According to Taggart, Bono "rolled up to our studio, all by himself" and:

"played us some new U2 music. We played him some of our new stuff, and with this one song, he was like, 'That's great – will you send that to me?' Which was so sick."'

Sick indeed!

However, Alex and Drew aren't fans of everyone. When asked about Lady GaGa's new single Perfect Illusion, Pall flat out said:

"I felt like I was suffocating reading that article. Like someone put a shopping bag over my head. I didn't want to meet you at all. I was really terrified of you, because I knew as soon as I saw you, I was going to need to tell you that last year on tour I got pregnant."

The 44-year-old has his INSANE six-pack on full display as he looks more shredded than ever, but it's inside the magazine that Jared really has our full attention.

Of course with his highly-anticipated performance as The Joker soon to be shown on big screens, he shared:

"The Joker is incredibly comfortable with acts of violence. I was watching real violence, consuming that. There's a lot you can learn from seeing it. Not every act of violence is committed with frenzy, either. I remember learning that. People can be calm. They've made their choice and go and do something, and it's not in a frenzy. It's methodical and sometimes even hypnotic and deliberate."

And Leto's also well aware of the footsteps he's following in. The cover star dished on Heath Ledger, the late actor who last filled The Joker's shoes:

Only three months after the arrival of their son, Future Zahir, he shared:

"I was scared as sh*t. I was one step away from being married, and I feel like I failed publicly in relationships. Then you want to go back to doing music, to what you know. And if the people didn't accept you again, the one thing you feel like you can fall back on, it walked away from you. You feel like it's over."

And the response to his album, Honest, didn't help his situation either.
