As Woody Allen is in Cannes promoting his new film Cafe Society, his estranged son Ronan Farrow is promoting his new essay on the alleged abuse the Oscar-winner inflicted upon his sister, Dylan Farrow.

The Hollywood Reporter published the piece penned by the 28-year-old on Wednesday, where he criticizes the media's coverage of Dylan's powerful open letter written to her dad in 2014.

In case you don't remember, the 30-year-old recounted just how Woody sexually assaulted her when she was seven.

Well in his new essay, Ronan admits not wanting her piece to come out, confessing:

"I had worked hard to distance myself from my painfully public family history and wanted my work to stand on its own. So I had avoided commenting on my sister's allegations for years and, when cornered, cultivated distance, limiting my response to the occasional line on Twitter. My sister's decision to step forward came shortly after I began work on a book and a television series. It was the last association I wanted. Initially, I begged my sister not to go public again and to avoid speaking to reporters about it. I'm ashamed of that, too."

One victim, Ronald Savage, claims he was only 15 when he was abused by the Planet Rock artist in the '80s. He told The Daily News:

"I want him to know how much he damaged me growing up. I was just a child. Why did he take my innocence away? Why did he do this to me?"

Savage hopes his speaking out will pressure New York lawmakers to reform the state's statute of limitations in sex abuse cases, which says victims can't pursue criminal charges or civil litigation after their 23rd birthday.

A former bodyguard Shamsideen Shariyf Ali Bey even followed up these victims' claims in an interview with radio host Star, adding there have been "hundreds" of young boys since the '70s.

CNN Anchor Don Lemon SHUTS DOWN Interview After Conservative Commentator Calls Bill Clinton A 'Serial Sexual Abuser'!

In a recent CNN interview, anchor Don Lemon and his guests were supposed to be talking about Donald Trump — and his very inappropriate comments about Hillary Clinton's 2008 loss to Barack Obama.

But the conversation went south quick after conservative commentator Kurt Schlichter managed to bring up the Democratic frontrunner's husband Bill Clinton — and reference his White House affair with Monica Lewinsky!

The columnist said how he doesn't respect the candidate for allowing her former president husband to turn "the Oval Office into a frat house."

But enough was enough when Schlichter said Hillary was "given the choice to stand with a serial sexual abuser."

Lemon stopped the comment short, noting the out-of-line comment was a "cheap shot" and had "nothing to do with Hillary Clinton" — before he ended the interview completely!

What do YOU think? Was Schlichter out of line calling Bill Clinton a "serial sexual abuser"?

Watch the interview (above) and decide for yourself!

Allegedly, the 33-year-old used the dough — a reported $300,000 — to fund his lavish lifestyle.

Well on Tuesday, a judge has sentenced Egan to two years in prison.

As we wrote, Michael's claims against the X-Men director, as well as two other Hollywood executives, were dismissed.

The convicted criminal's former attorney — Jeffrey Herman — even issued formal apologies to the three wrongfully accused men.

Herman said:

"I deeply regret the pain, suffering and damage the lawsuits and publicity have caused you, and your family, friends and colleagues."

We just hope justice is brought down on anyone who breaks the law!
