Jim Carrey is fighting back. Hard.

In case you hadn't heard, the Dumb & Dumber star is being sued by late ex-girlfriend Cathriona White's mother, Brigid Sweetman, and widower, Mark Burton.

In their wrongful death suit, they claim Carrey gave White multiple STDs and broke up with her, causing her to commit suicide.

UPDATE 6:45 P.M. EST: According to a neighbor, Aaron answered the door for police and seemed fine. No word yet on any substances as the caller feared, but at least he's OK!


Aaron Carter may be in trouble again!

According to TMZ someone was on the phone with Aaron on Thursday and decided after speaking with him they should call 911.

Police decided to check on the singer after the anonymous caller said he was acting erratically — and they feared he may be relapsing and capable of self-harm.

Aaron Hernandez's fiancée has launched a lawsuit against the NFL and the New England Patriots in relation to the former football star's health, according to TMZ.

Filed in Massachusetts on behalf of their daughter, Avielle, Shayanna Jenkins-Hernandez claimed the controversial athlete suffered from "stage 3 CTE usually seen in players with a median age of death of 67 years."

For those who don't know, CTE stand for Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, which is a progressive degenerative brain disease found in those with repeated brain trauma, usually athletes. According to Boston University, common symptoms include "memory loss, confusion, impaired judgment, impulse control problems, aggression, depression, suicidality, parkinsonism, and eventually progressive dementia."

The BU CTE Center released a statement on the examination conducted on Aaron's brain, stating:

Disgraced former Fox News host Eric Bolling suddenly has far more pressing issues going on in his life: his son, Eric Chase, has died from a drug overdose.

Originally reported as a suicide, it appears Eric Chase (pictured above from two years ago) died Friday afternoon in Boulder, Colorado, where the 19-year-old attended college at the University of Colorado.

Somebody Is Trying To Sell Items From Chester Bennington's Memorial Service On eBay

Chester Bennington's private memorial service may have been just last week, but already somebody is trying to profit off it by selling off memorial items on eBay.

Fortunately, sources close to TMZ are reporting that the family and inner circle who loved Bennington successfully stepped up and helped stop the person from being able to sell their memorial items.

If you'll remember, as we reported last week, the Linkin Park frontman's funeral service included rock-themed memorabilia like lanyards and wristbands, as if everyone attending were a VIP at a concert.

As we reported, in June 2017, Michelle Carter was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter after she convinced her boyfriend Conrad Roy III to kill himself through text messages. On July 13, 2014, Conrad was found dead in his truck after succumbing to carbon monoxide poisoning.

Although the now 20-year-old faced up to 20 years in jail, on Thursday, she was sentenced by Juvenile Court Judge Lawrence Moniz to two-and-a-half years, though she is only required to serve 15 months. As reported by AP, she also received five years of probation.

Prior to the decision, Michelle's lawyer Joseph Cataldo asked the judge to spare his client jail time, and instead requested probation and mandatory mental health counseling to deal with her bulimia, anorexia, and depression. The attorney told the court:
