It's been over a year in the making, but Alex Rodriguez's Miami mansion is finally ready to be inhabited!

With his season over after the Yankees lost to the Tigers in the playoffs, A-Rod was free to pack up his New York apartment and move down south!

The slugger pulled up to his custom built $7.4 million beach mansion on Wednesday to start enjoying the offseason and enjoy it he will!

The 18,000 sq ft modern mansion, built and designed by celebrity developer Todd Glaser, is not only located in the hottest part of town, but is equipped with some sweet amenities.

A-Rod will be waking up every day to a waterfront view complimented by outside waterfalls, a state of the art kitchen, and open gym with sliding walls of glass until he starts Spring Training in February.

That blonde that was spotted with A-Rod yesterday, the one that looks like a clone of Cameron Diaz, has a name apparently. And also she's a good fit for him.

Her name is Ella Magers, and she's a fitness trainer and nutritionist. Also, a life coach skilled in counseling.

According to a source though, they're not dating or something. Sounds like denial to us, but hey, it's up to them if they want to confirm:

Remember that illegal bunch of poker games that saw a bunch of A-list celebs get into pretty big trouble? The one that has Toby Maguire caught in a lawsuit?

Well, A-Rod looks to have been a part of the same ring. Ouch!

"Initially, A-Rod came to the game and simply watched. But once he knew what it was all about, he brought into the game. He played two or three times, I would estimate."

Even though it's illegal, it's rarely prosecuted. BUT, the issue here is that the baseball world could take notice as he had been warned before (in 2005) that he shouldn't be doing these kinds of gambling things!

Call it quits, A-Rod, if it puts your career in jeopardy!

Who would've known that Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz would be so into art??

Even if they normally aren't (and we aren't saying that there's no way they could be), they have good reason to be — they're looking for pieces to put into A-Rod's new mansion, which is being constructed as they hunt!

Sources were somewhat stunned to see them show up at a very edgy art show, one with artist like Nate Lowman, Harmony Korine and Adam McEwen, which had been put on by proprietors of famous sex-magazine.

They didn't talk to anyone though, looked around, and then left. They headed to another show, equally packed, but this one seemed a little more up A-Rod's alley, as it featured a collection of old-school sports posters.

A source claims that as soon as they showed up, a kid asked for his autograph and they quickly realized they'd be swamped so they left. But, they returned a little later for a tour from the curators. Another source said that he did end up signing about 40 autographs, too.

But, alas, they didn't buy anything. In fact, only one person did: Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White. He whipped out a card and bought the whole collection!

It sure would be nice just to do things on a whim like that, LOLz!

Alex, Cameron! Hope the art hunt is successful, good luck with the new house!

Yeap. It's definitely over, folks. Why else would A-Rod and Cameron Diaz be looking at a house together if they weren't completely over each other? LOL!

Yes, we're kidding. We don't know what is going on between these two, but despite the rumors of a split, it doesn't look like they are broken up just yet.

The pair ate lunch at their hotel, then were spotted checking out the construction underway at A-Rod's $7.4 million Miami Beach mansion on Monday.

Joined by a group of family and friends, they looked to be having a great time while roaming the grounds of what will most likely be the Yankee's off-season pad, but maybe Cameron's too if they work things out.

If these two split, it was only for a few hours because it looks like they are just as serious as ever!

Cameron Diaz vacationing with Alex Rodriguez and his children, Natasha and Ella, down in Mexico!

She's already spending time with the kids? Things must be getting serious.

We all heard the rumors, but now Life & Style magazine has confirmed that Cameron Diaz and A-Rod have called it quits after seven months of dating.

Cameron Diaz was recently spotted at L.A.'s Bardot nightclub with Glee's Matthew Morrison, meanwhile A-Rod was seen partying it up in Vegas with a bunch of Romanian models, "chatting up a storm with the girls and spent the night hanging out with them."

Another source said, "Cameron and A-Rod are no longer dating and have definitely parted ways. He just doesn't like her anymore. That's honestly the reason they split."

OUCH! That musta hurt!!

Poor Cameron.
