Demi Moore attended the 2011 A&E Television Networks Upfront Presentation in NYC last night.

Moore looked great in some H&M satin red trousers, a white top, an Elise Overland black jacket and black stilettos.

Though it did seem like she was trying to force out a smile the entire time.

Wonder what was wrong…

But at least she looked good!

We're just happy this story has nothing to do with "sex" or "harassment", but a dispute between a company called Genuine Entertainment and Steven Seagal's Lawman reality series has been settled.

Genuine Entertainment claimed A&E had stolen the idea for Steven Seagal: Lawman which it presented to the network in several meetings. After the company's claim went public, A&E promptly sued them.

A press release on the issue read:

"Genuine Entertainment, Inc. d/b/a The Idea Factory and Rebel Entertainment Partners, Inc. and A&E Television Networks, LLC, Steven Seagal, Steamroller Productions, International Creative Management, Inc., and Nick Reed have amicably resolved their dispute concerning the Steven Seagal: Lawman program, and the parties have resumed normal business relations."

Yay! Television's biggest hit is saved! Ha!

That was short-lived.

A&E reality series, The Hasselhoffs, has been canceled after only two episodes.

The show premiered on Sunday to 718,000 viewers, but by the second episode the audience decreased to only 505,000 viewers.

There are currently eight unaired episodes of the show, which focused on David as he helped his daughters Taylor Ann and Hayley pursue careers in entertainment.

A&E has FOUR upcoming reality shows featuring has-beens celebrities in various situations.

The network has ordered an untitled project featuring David Hasselhoff trying to help his daughters break in to the music industry.

Strange Days with Bob Saget is described as "the actor-comedian immersing himself in strange cultures, practices and occupations."

Seriously?! But it doesn't end there!

Growing Up Twisted stars Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider and his family in the suburbs and Teach: Tony Danza has the Who's The Boss star teaching an English class in a Philly high school.

LOLs!

We might have to catch an episode or two of these for the embarrassment factor alone!
