Things are not looking too good for Michael Lohan these days. On top of his personal, legal, and substance abuse problems, the Lohan patriarch is facing serious health issues.

Michael collapsed at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting on Tuesday and was rushed to the hospital where doctors discovered ANOTHER blood clot in his lung! A source close to him has said:

Brooke Mueller, ex-wife of Charlie Sheen and BFF of Paris Hilton, has officially finished her 45-day outpatient rehab for alcohol and drug addiction.

The mother of 2 entered rehab after relapsing in the middle of filming The World According To Paris. Friends say that watching herself under the influence on episodes of the reality show currently airing on Oxygen has had a huge impact on her, explaining:

"Brooke saw what she looked and sounded like when she was under the influence. Brooke entered rehab during filming of the show and she couldn't believe the difference she was able to see in herself when she wasn't using drugs.”

Good! We truly wish her the best as she continues to fight addiction in what will be a lifelong battle. As for now, a source has said:

“Brooke is just taking it a day at a time. She has been down this road before and she knows what she has to do. Brooke needs to continue to play an active role in her sobriety. When she goes to her AA meetings everyday and talks regularly with her sponsor, she does amazing."

Sounds like she has an incredible support system rooting for her to get her life back on track, which she is already in the process of doing. Not only can Brooke not wait to get back to work, but is even "exploring offers right now."

Stay strong and resist temptation, dear! Remember, you've got those two adorable boys that will give you SO MUCH more happiness then a bottle of alcohol ever could!

On that fateful Friday night, just hours after it was discovered that she failed a random drug test, Lindsay pAArtied hard in Hollywood.

She seemed to be off to a good, healthy start, having a a low key afternoon. She went to a photo shoot and then was later spotted at an observance of Yom Kippur with Israeli military vet Eilat Anchel in Beverly Hills.

However, as we all know, night time is the right time for Lindsanity as she reportedly spent the night out at a Beverly Hills hotel, then headed over to Hollywood where she allegedly had a wild night.

Lindsay later tweeted a response to her failed drug test, saying she was ready to face the consequences and that she is "testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future."

BUT, of course, her friends are singing a different tune, saying, "She did not work the steps inside the program, and did come not out changed whatsoever. She's exactly the same girl as before jail time and rehab."

Meanwhile, Lindsay was spotted going to her AA meetings on Saturday and Sunday morning.

Too little, too late, Lindsay.

And the downfall of American Apparel continues!

On Monday the troubled company received a letter from the NYSE AMEX informing them they're in danger of being delisted because they haven't filed their second-quarter report.

AA says they plan to provide supplemental information from their new accountants on how they will remain in compliance no later than November 15th.

Suuure.
