Charlize Theron starred in two huge blockbusters this summer and is currently filming another one with Tom Hardy, but she may be taking on a role which could easily translate into more Oscar gold.
The actress, who won an Academy Award for her portrayal of serial killer Aileen Wuornos in Monster, is producing and possibly starring in a film about the life of journalist Marie Colvin. The 56-year-old was tragically killed last February while covering the civil war in Syria.

Move over Michael Douglas! There's a new Hollywood Wall Street trader in town.
Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted filming his latest movie role in the streets of NYC this past Saturday. The actor, whose talent has YET to be recognized with an Academy Award, is playing the lead role in Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street.
As usual, he's looking pret-ty fine, even if the two suits he's seen wearing are a little too baggy.
We wouldn't leave U hanging with just one picture though, so check out ten more of Leo in action (below)!

Amy Adams has officially signed on for a rematch with David O. Russell.
The reunion was a no-brainer for the Muppets star considering the pair's last project, The Fighter, netted Amy an Academy Award nomination.
The next movie is currently in search of a new name but was previously called American Bullsh*t. Wonder why they had to change that t*tle?
The always adorable Amy will play the partner of con artist Bradley Cooper while they both try to evade Jeremy Renner's FBI agent.
Sounds like she's caught between a rock and a hard place! Ring the starting bell already!

It's a "Mads" house, a Maaaaaads house!!
Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, fresh from winning an acting award at Cannes, was just cast as Hannibal "the Cannibal" Lecter in NBC's new fall thriller.
Hannibal also stars Hugh Dancy as an FBI investigator who enlists the help of renowned psychologist Dr. Lecter — without realizing he is secretly also a sociopathic, murdering man-eater.
Yikes! Sounds terrifying!
Anthony Hopkins famously portrayed Lecter in three successful films, winning an Academy Award for Silence of the Lambs in 1991.
The great Dane will have huge shoes to fill!
Do U think he's up to the task!
