The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the terror attacks in Paris that have left at least 127 people dead in multiple locations throughout the city.
French president Francois Hollande responded to the horrific spree, calling it "an act of war," and vowing to hit back at militants. He also declared three days of national mourning for the country.
