Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett are an ideal couple around these parts, because they're SO active!
Hank has his sports and his gym business, and Kendra is constantly working out and doing shows like Splash! Now, we're seeing they've been playing baseball together, which just adds to how physical their lives are!
We wonder when they last watched TV! LOLz!
Even cooler is the fact that this is just a random park in El Lay — so it's not like they were paid to show up and play!
Inspiring AND cute!

A new study out of Spain found that women who walk at least three hours every week are less likely to have a stroke!
Getting your blood pumping pretty well for just 30 minutes a day seems to be enough to lower a woman's stroke risk.
At least compared to those who don't walk at all.
It wasn't even a small amount… it was a whole 43% lower!!
Lead author of the study said:

Static stretching, where you continuously hold the stretch, is best done after your workout. It inhibits muscle activity and returns muscle fibers to their pre-workout, resting length. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds and you can eliminate some of that next day soreness.

Quick — what's the best way to celebrate Christmas Eve? With friends, family and food?
Ha!
The best way is OF COURSE to go golfing! LOLz!
We kid, we kid. Christmas Eve is an entire day, and we're sure that Josh Duhamel didn't golf all the way into Christmas Day. In fact, we're proud of him for going out and getting some activity when people are usually happy to stay at home an eat!
Hope you had a nice holiday, Josh!

Either Russell Crowe shaved his beard, or we're seeing him at the end of his run — having run so fast that his beard flew off his face.
We like to think it's the latter.
LOLz!!
We're always pumped to see how often Russell gets out for physical activity. He's usually riding his bike, though, so we wonder why he decided to take a jog this time instead.
Okay, we kinda miss the beard. Sue us! Ha!

Apparently that whole "let's make an example of Lance Armstrong" thing isn't really working out for the USADA.
One of Lance's former teammates, South African cyclist David George, has tested positive for blood-boosting EPO.
