If you've been wondering why you hadn't heard that Parks & Recreation's Adam Scott is such an amazing golfer before he won this year's Master's, that's probably because it was a different Adam Scott!
It's true, Adam Scott the actor is way different than Adam Scott the golfer, but the hatred the one has for the other is very real!
Actually, it's probably not real — but Adam went on Conan last night to vent about it all!
If you thought golf was boring and on its way out, think again!
Oh, but if you're also expecting numbers matching the all time high for a Master's final round like back in 1997 when Tiger was as huge as he was gonna get, you should still probably think again! LOLz!
Adam Scott won after battling on extra holes in the final round and it was that kind of excitement that boosted the ratings 25% over last year — with the CBS broadcast getting a 10.2/21 average household rating, peaking at an amazeballs 13.4/25. Back in 1997 it was 14.1/31!
This is good news for golf, and definitely good news for Adam!
Congrats to everyone involved! A LOT of naps were taken! LOLz!
The Sundance sensation Bachelorette isn't going to be the next Bridesmaids at the box office, but it's doing pretty well on demand.
The Kirsten Dunst, Isla Fisher, Lizzy Caplan, Rebel Wilson, James Marsden and Adam Scott comedy is currently #5 on iTunes (was #1 earlier this week) and made over $500,000!
All that money and the movie hasn't even been released in theaters yet!
Again, it's not going to be a blockbuster, but it only cost $3 million to make so we're glad everyone involved is earning their paycheck.
Check the movie out on demand or see it in theaters when the movie is released on September 7!
Parks and Recreation star Adam Scott confirmed a Party Down is in the works!!
The Scott says:
“We have a treatment and if everyone’s schedules work out, we’ll shoot it over the summer.”
Did Adam write the movie? That's sounds amazical!
Now all that’s apparently needed is for Starz to sign off on the project.
Why wouldn't they? Turing the fantastic (and totally underrated) TV show into a movie is the greatest idea we've heard since the Arrested Development movie!
Many celebs came out in the cold rain Sunday night to support the 16th Annual P.S. Arts "Express Yourself" event at Barker Hangar in the Santa Monica airport.
Jack Black arrived, bringing his son Sammy, while other celebs like Lisa Kudrow and Adam Scott also came out to to lend their support.
The program raises awareness for California public schools that are severely lacking in the arts department.
It's such an important cause! Kudos to all those who came out and supported the program.
He's certainly no saint, but that doesn't give anyone the right to use this kind of language against another person.
Tiger Woods' former caddy, Steve Williams - whom the shamed professional golfer fired this past summer after standing by him through his cheating scandal - made some pretty severe, racially-tinged insults against his former employer during the Annual Caddy Awards Roast in Shanghai last night!
