On Wednesday morning, WDBJ anchor Kim McBroom watched her two co-workers get fatally shot on live television.
But this tragedy didn't stop the Virginia newswoman from coming back and anchoring the news program the very next day — acting as the courageous face of a team this devastating act impacted a great deal.
McBroom led a two-hour Mornin' show dedicated to reporter Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward, who were killed by a disgruntled former reporter for the station.
After the tribute, McBroom took reporters' questions outside the studio and over the phone, then planned for the next day's broadcast.
