When she and her daughters go out in the sun, Christie Brinkley warns her girls Alexa and Sailor to always wear sunscreen when going outside.
Growing up surfing, Christie says that spending hours in the sun took a toll on her skin. She says:
"I grew up a surfer girl in Malibu so I'm always running after my girls with sunblock going, 'Believe me, you'll thank me for this.' I can literally see on my own thighs where my sarong shielded me from the sun. 'Look right here' - smooth, no spots here. But spots here (further down her thigh)."
It's super, super important to cover up in the sun. Skin cancer is no laughing joke. As a supermodel, Christie Brinkley KNOWS how to protect her skin - wear a hat and use sunscreen!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!
The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.
Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:
"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."
That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:
"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."
She added:
"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."
Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...
