The glowing 36-year-old revealed her secrets, spilling:
"People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that's bulls—t. If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes. Like, I've had days where I have the kids — Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller — and I will run and sprint up hills. I do things that people would think look completely insane."
Well, it's clearly working for her! Just look at her striking a pose in a see-through silk Marc Jacobs gown (above), which gives a clear view of her toned frame, abs and all.
Though it wasn't just her enviable figure that she was flaunting in the mag, but the actress also mentioned she plans on writing her own book. She shared:
