AJ and Aly Michalka are returning to your boob tube!!

Fox acquired the rights to a Happy Madison/Sony Pictures TV sitcom featuring those adorable pop rockers behind 78Violet!

Aly, who previously worked with Happy Madison on the upcoming Grown Ups 2, is already well on her way!

The untitled script is in development but the sisters could play characters based on themselves who are thrown for a loop when Mommy Dearest crashes their party and moves into their pad!

These talented ladies are poised to become fine actresses — and they're darn cute too!

Sisterly bond!

Aly and AJ Michalka spent their Monday afternoon showing off their nerdy side by picking up a pile of books at the local Barnes and Noble in Calabasas, Calif.

We can't tell which books they picked up, but it looks like they have a good amount of reading to do between the two of them.

It's also pretty cool to see that they didn't opt for the digital versions. See? Books aren't a lost art, after all.

How exciting!

As we mentioned at the beginning of the year, Op tapped Kat Graham to be one of the new faces for the brand and they just released the new ads!

Joining Kat in the "Destination Op" adverts include Glee's Mark Salling and Chord Overstreet, Brenda Song of The Social Network, actress slash singer Aly Michalka and Rob Kardashian.

Op revealed on Monday that the Sassy and multi-talented Kat Graham is one the brand's new faces.

These sisters definitely like working together, so we assumed it would only be a matter of time!

AJ Michalka is reportedly set to join her sister, Aly, as a recurring star on The CW series Hellcats!

The Aly & AJ 78violet singer will appear in the second half of the season as a girl who works at a local record store and becomes friends with Aly's character, and sources close to drama claim that the possibility of a musical number between the two is "very likely."

Shocker! LOLz! Just throw The Tis in there and call it a tribute to Disney!

Aly says:

"AJ is so excited about [appearing on] the show. She's sad that I'm in Vancouver [filming] so I'm away a lot, but we still talk every day and we're still always working on our music together. One of the major differences between myself and Marti is that her relationship with her family is really volatile and can be sort of toxic, but I've always been incredibly blessed when it comes to my family."

It's so nice that they're so close, and have the opportunity to work together!

Let's hope her new character is interesting though! It'd be lame to just write something generic for her just so she could get on the show!

If you are over the age of 14, you probably have no idea who Disney pop princesses Aly & AJ Michalka are. All you need to know is that they are more talented than What's Her Face, but nowhere near as successful as Hannah Montana. We think they might play their own instruments too, like a cowbell or something.

But we digress…

The girl's were almost greeted by a very unwelcome guest this morning when an alleged stalker tried to weasel his way into their gated community. L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies say that Caesar Brantley, who the girls have a restraining order against, arrived early in the A.M. at the gates of their home trying to get in. Security guards turned him away and later, Caesar was arrested and booked for a misdemeanor violation of the restraining order and felony stalking. No word yet if the girls were actually home to be stalked.

Scary, but good thing the security folks were on top of their game!
