Aerie Launches Body Positive Underwear Campaign Just For Men! See The Unretouched (And Silly) Ads HERE!

Introducing Aerie's latest body positive campaign!

UPDATE 3:45 PM EST: April Fools! On Friday, Aerie announced their AerieMAN campaign was not in fact real, but was intended to bring awareness to body diversity. The label also revealed they donated $25,000 to the National Eating Disorders Association.

Chad Kessler, American Eagle Outfitters' Global Brand President shared in a statement:

"We aren't afraid of being bold in how we engage our customers, whether through a video that makes you think twice, or challenging the norm in how a brand markets to men. We are an all-inclusive brand and we know our male customers respond to humor. We look forward to continuing to innovate and evolve the American Eagle Outfitters product offerings."

While body positivity is slowly being embraced in the industry, it's been seeming like men are getting left behind.

After all, it was only recently that a major modeling agency launched a men's plus-size division!

Well, as American Eagle's sister brand Aerie does, they are inspiring customers with a new campaign, this time featuring unretouched guys of all shapes and sizes.

Aptly titled AerieMAN, it's refreshing to see a label embracing diversity!

The ads are kind of silly, but the message is still there. And while we know American Eagle loves their April Fools' Day pranks, we really hope this isn't one of them!

Aerie Puts A Stop To Photoshop With Their Newest Lingerie Campaign!

aerie releases a new Spring 2014 campaign featuring all unretouched models!

I woke up like this. LOLz!

But srsly, Beyoncé’s lyrics from her song Flawless seem to fit so perfectly with the idea behind Aerie’s newest Spring 2014 campaign starring ALL unretouched models!

The sister brand of American Eagle launched the campaign in hopes of showing their customers to embrace their own beauty.

And since there seems to be a new Photoshop controversy every month, this is a pretty brave idea!

Plus, it's refreshing seeing all these girls in their unretouched glory — it's so…normal.

Amber Tolliver, a model from the campaign revealed to Elle:

Nicole Richie Falls For Short Shorts In Los Angeles

Nicole Richie takes her short shorts out and about in Los Angeles.

After sporting such an extravagant ensem over the weekend, we can’t blame Nicole Richie for wanting to dress down for an outing in El Lay on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old was dressed in a mustard colored sweater and showed off lots of skin in her black American Eagle short shorts.

Which in any other city, her cutoffs might not be considered appropriate for November, but in the city of angels, they work perfectly!

Especially when paired with black Minnetonka boots.

Lastly, to top off her casual outfit, Nicole wrapped herself up in a blue scarf and accessorized with her go-to Balenciaga purse.

Can she do any wrong? Ever?

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Doesn't Want Overweight People Wearing Their Clothes

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO doesn't want overweight people to wear his clothes

Rude!

Abercrombie & Fitch doesn't stock women's clothing in XL or XXL sizes because they don't want anybody who doesn't fit their particular body ideal to wear their clothing!

Robin Lewis, co-author of The New Rules of Retail blames Abercrombie CEO Mike Jeffries' personal attitude toward overweight people as the reason for the lack of plus-sized clothing on the racks.

Emma Roberts Goes On A Boozy Shopping Spree

Cheers to the freakin' weekend, indeed!

Emma Roberts stopped by Mel & Rose Wine Shop on Friday to ensure her wine rack would be well stocked for Easter weekend.

For the quick trip, the 22 year old dressed down in an American Eagle palm tree tee, rolled up jeans, red Salvatore Ferragamo flats and a blue Jerome Dreyfuss shoulder bag.

We don't know about you, but we think this outfit would be more appropriate for Palm Sunday rather than Good Friday. Ha!

All jokes aside, we do love how Emma French braided her hair. She usually leaves it down, so it's refreshing to see her put a little effort into those light brown tresses.

American Eagle Tries (And Fails) To Be Funny With New Skinny Skinny Jeans

American Eagle isn't known for their humorous advertising and after their latest publicity stunt, we know why.

The retail chain released a commercial plugging their new Skinny Skinny Jeans, which features a bunch of actors walking around in painted on jeans, but the joke's on everyone because they're not real!

Did you forget to laugh? Because we did.

AE even took a step further by selling the spray can jeans (below) on their website, but low and behold the item was sold out.

Where's the sad trombone button when we need it?

Check out the denim malarkey in the clip (above)!

What do U think? Stupid or brilliant marketing scheme???
