On top of her $500,000 in unpaid back taxes, girlfriend is being sued!

Manhattan-based clothing company Maggy London International is suing the Dancing With The Stars contestant over the name of Richie Rich' clothing line A*Muse.

The company claims the name 'Muse' was already trademarked in 2002, arguing Pam and Richie's A*Muse is "a disingenuous effort to disguise their infringing activities".

Umm, ok.

But shouldn't they really be going after the actual designer Richie Rich? It's a collection in his name, where Pam simply gave her opinion and served as inspiration.

Maggy London is wanting to bar the two from using any "colorable imitation" of the trademark and wants them to fork over any profits as well as impounding and destroying the remaining stuff.

Harsh!
