Can this lady predict the future?
We always thought that hit song sounded a lot like a woman giving birth - so many ohs and woahs!
Evanescence's lead singer Amy Lee has just revealed that she's got some big plans for 2014!
But it has nothing to do with music - even though this news is sweet music to our ears! It looks like she and her husband of 7 years, Josh Hartzle have a whole new project they're working on…
Here's what she tweeted on Saturday:

Evanescence has just released their music video for their song My Heart Is Broken.
While we're guessing the true fans will love it, we just think it's too similar to all their past videos.
Amy Lee is looking great though!

Evanescence is back!
Check out the latest incarnation of the band, still headlined by singer Amy Lee, and their music video for the lead single off their self-titled, upcoming album, What You Want (above)!
May have some new members, but still sounds like the same ole' band to us!
What do U think?? Are U feeling the new single?

Those of us in Los Angeles who were seriously considering making the cross-country trip to Washington D.C. will now only have to travel downtown…a slightly more cost effective journey.
Jon Stewart's Rally to Restore Sanity will be broadcast at the Levitt Pavilion at MacArthur Park in downtown L.A. via satellite on Oct. 30.
The organizers of the Los Angeles version of the event, Amy Lee and Ashley Wright, are currently looking to secure comedians and entertainers for the three-hour rally. Here's what Lee had to say about it:
"We want Los Angeles to come out and represent as strongly as possible. We are looking for personalities — anybody who wants to come out and represent sanity in Los Angeles."
The Rally to Restore Sanity will be countered by Stephen Colbert's March to Keep Fear Alive. Sounds HIGHlarious!
Looks like there are many other satellite rallies in the works as well, in locations that include Seattle and Chicago.
We're SO pumped!
Will U be attending the rally or one of the satellite rallies?

Evanescence's new album was originally due for release in the late summer or fall, but now it has been pushed back indefinitely!
That doesn't sound good.
Singer Amy Lee explains:
"We've taken some time out of the studio to get our heads into the right creative space, work on the songs and even write some more music. We'll be back in the studio recording the album soon enough. I think that it can only be stronger for this extra time we're putting into it."
Does anyone care?

Evanescence will finally release another record, after waiting four years since their last album dropped
Except don't expect the same Evanescence you once knew!
For starters, only one person remains from the original Grammy-winning band - Amy Lee. You'll recall that all the original boys in the band parted ways with Amy sometime ago to form a new group called Fallen, with new lead singer Carly Smithson.
It's safe to say that Amy hasn't spoken to her original crew in sometime, but she emerges now with new set of musicians and a new sound for the band. She explains:
“It's not an organic record. Our idea is to take synthetic and atmospheric sounds and find a way to blur the line between organic and synthetic… There is something really cool happening in music right now. There are bands that sound like they're from another time — it's like '80s throwback music with analogue synthesizers and Moogs. I love it. I've been listening to a lot of La Roux.”
That's nice, but fans like the old Evanescence sound. And if you don't give it to them, don't be surprise if some of them "fall" in line with another band.
