Bill Cosby Juror Thinks Andrea Constand Was Asking For It

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersSexBill Cosby

She was asking for it... this according to one juror.

In the days following a mistrial in the case of Bill Cosby's alleged sexual assault Andrea Constand, jurors from the court room are slowly starting to break their silence.

Speaking to the Philadelphia Inquirer on the condition of anonymity, one male juror essentially went on to say Andrea was asking for it because of the way she was dressed on one occasion:

"Let's face it: She went up to his house with a bare midriff and incense and bath salts. What the heck?"

And added "she was well-coached" on the witness stand.

More like WTF, dude! No matter how someone is dressed, it does not mean you can take advantage of them nor are they asking to be sexually assaulted then or anytime down the road!

In fact, he believes Andrea should have been "dressed properly and left the incense in the store," if she wanted to show up to the comedian's home.

It appears Bill Cosby is still in good spirits after days of court proceedings…

As we reported on Tuesday, the second day of the comedian's sexual assault trial featured emotional testimony from Andrea Constand, who is accusing Cosby of drugging and raping her, and Dr. Patrice Sewell, the mother of alleged victim Kelly Johnson.

Even as the witnesses told the court that The Bill Cosby Show star "humiliated" and "damaged" them, the 79-year-old didn't seem to be fazed by the allegations.

As seen on video shared by NBC News, the actor left the courtroom and was greeted by a supporter who began singing the theme song to Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids, his 1972 animated show.

The stand-up comic responded with Fat Albert's catch phrase: "Hey, hey, hey."

After a two days of intense testimony against Bill Cosby from two separate women, it was apparently time for the defense to strike back.

Cosby's lawyers' strategy seems to be to poke holes in Andrea Constand's story, mostly regarding discrepancy between dates on which she claims the assault took place.

Will justice come down on Bill Cosby? We shall see.

As we reported, the first day of testimony in the comedian's sexual assault case against Andrea Constand was as horrifying as you'd imagine, with witness and alleged victim Kelly Johnson telling the court that Cosby "intimidated" her into taking a pill at the Bel-Air Hotel in 1996. Johnson worked as Cosby's agent's assistant at William Morris.

The second day of the trial was as, if not more, harrowing for everyone involved.

On Tuesday, Constand — the woman at the center of the controversy — took the stand for 90 minutes where she emotionally recalled a night in January 2004 where she visited The Bill Cosby Show star's house. According to the former Temple University employee, the actor gave her three blue pills which he said would help her relax. Later that night:

Not only did the 38-year-old walk arm-in-arm into the courthouse with the Emmy winner, but she also spoke to the press in order to defend her support of Mr. Cosby. In case you forgot, June 5 kicked off the 79-year-old's criminal trial for allegedly drugging and raping Andrea Constand back in 2005. To make matters worse, Miz Constand joins at least 50 other women who've accused the industry vet of assault.

The stand-up comedian has vehemently denied the allegations. This is where Rudy, *ehm* excuse us, Keshia comes into play. On why she joined Bill at court, the mother-of-one explained:
