Madonna and W.E.'s leading lady Andrea Riseborough walked the Golden Globes red carpet together on Sunday night.

Her Madgesty sparkled in a beautiful Reem Acra gown with a crystal encrusted bodice and dark green embroidered skirt.

Andrea went for a more vintage look in a corseted Vivienne Westwood gown with over-exaggerated hips.

Loving Madonna's gown! It's perfect for someone as prestigious as the Queen of Pop!

Madonna's Complete Bazaar Spread & Alternate Cover!

The rest of Madonna and Andrea Riseborough's editorial from the December of Harper's Bazaar is out as well as an alternate subscriber's cover.

And as if that wasn't enough, we have some HIGHlights from Madge's interview.

Here's what she had to say:

On being a 'tortured' teenager:

"[G]oing to high school, I saw how popular girls had to behave to get the boys. I knew I couldn’t fit into that. So I decided to do the opposite. I refused to wear makeup, to have a hairstyle. I refused to shave. I had hairy armpits. The boys in my school would make fun of me … 'Hairy monster.' You know, things like that … Straight men did not find me attractive."

On sexuality:

"I think that the world is not comfortable with female sexuality. It’s always coming from a male point of view, and a woman is being objectified by a man… and even women are comfortable with that. But when a woman does it, ironically, women are uncomfortable with it. I think a lot of that has to do with conditioning."

On aging in the spotlight:

"I find whenever someone writes anything about me, my age is right after my name. It’s almost like they’re saying, ‘Here she is, but remember she’s this age, so she’s not that relevant anymore.’ Or ‘Let’s punish her by reminding her and everyone else.’ When you put someone’s age down, you’re limiting them."

What do U think of Madonna and Andrea's spread???

Details are slowly emerging about Madonna's photoshoot with Tom Munro for Harper's Bazaar.

According to sources who have seen the December issue, the cover features both the W.E. director and Andrea Riseborough, who plays Wallis Simpson in the film.

Since Andrea is the star of the film, Madonna plays more of a supporting role on the cover and lets Riseborough enjoy her moment in the spotlight.

We can't wait for it to leak — and we hope it's sooner rather than later!

Director David O. Russell Testing Actresses For Follow-Up To The Fighter

david o russell testing actresses for fighter follow up

Back in March, we first heard about the possibility of a sequel to Oscar-winning film The Fighter, and we didn't think it was a good idea.

As we said back then, we think that The Fighter was a wonderful film, with fantastic performances, and we don't want them to ruin the integrity of the original by sequelizing it.

Fortunately, it looks like they're not making a direct sequel right now, but director David O. Russell has

Madonna's W.E. Film Gets U.S. Distribution!

madonnas movie gets us distribution

It's on!

We are VERY excited to report that Madonna's U.S. directorial debut W.E. has been picked up by The Weinstein Company for domestic distribution.

As a reminder, the film's story is about "a modern-day New Yorker obsessed with the royal love story between Britain’s King Edward VIII and American divorcee Wallis Simpson."

The film was directed/co-written by Madge, and it stars Limitless' Abbie Cornish, Secret Diary of a Call Girl's James D'Arcy, and Never Let Me Go's Andrea Riseborough.

Here's what Madonna had to say about the distribution deal:

"W.E. is about the nature of true love, and the sacrifices and compromises that are often made. I've wanted to tell this story for a very long time, and bringing it to life has been a great adventure for me. I'm looking forward to working with Harvey and The Weinstein Company on this film."

Congratulations, Madge! As we've said before, we cannot wait to see this!

Are U pumped to hear that Madonna's W.E. is getting a U.S. release? Will U check it out when it hits theaters?
