The results of NBC's internal investigation into Matt Lauer's inappropriate workplace behavior are in, and the network apparently found NO evidence of employees complaining about the former Today show host "prior to November 27, 2017."

Almost 70 current and former employees were interviewed in the investigation, led by NBCUniversal general counsel Kim Harris, many of whom reportedly "expressed shock" after reading the reports of Lauer's behavior, "including employees who spent significant amounts of time with" him.

According to the report, the four women who accused Lauer "confirmed that they did not tell their direct manager or anyone else in a position of authority about their sexual encounters with Lauer." The report added that no one at Today show leadership or News HR said they received a complaint about Lauer's inappropriate workplace behavior, and investigators "did not find any contrary evidence."

Those who were interviewed said they were unaware that Lauer "had engaged in sexual activity with other employees." While many admitted they "heard or read rumors about Lauer's personal life… and the possibility of extramarital affairs," the interviewees apparently assumed that "the rumored extramarital affairs were with women outside of the Company."

Even though Lauer was known for being "flirtatious" in the workplace, most witnesses reportedly "had positive things to say about Lauer's demeanor in the workplace." The report stated:

Ronan Farrow's done pissed off the peacock.

Page Six reports that a civil war is brewing at NBC after it was claimed that the 30-year-old journalist has been banned by NBC News' exec Andy Lack.

The chatter began when Farrow was suddenly bumped from his appearance on Rachel Maddow's MSNBC show on Friday, where he was set to discuss his story on Donald Trump's alleged affair with former Playboy model Karen McDougal.

Insiders say this decision was made by Lack, still salty over Farrow saying that NBC killed his Harvey Weinstein exposé in late 2017.

Mia Farrow's son was on Maddow in October when he was asked why NBC didn't release the story, as he was a freelance journalist for the network at the time. He responded by saying:

NBC Will NOT Be Sending Off Matt Lauer With A $30M Payout, Despite What His Lawyers Are Saying!

no title

At least he'll get to keep that huge bag of sex toys.

Days after Matt Lauer's firing, it was reported his lawyers were gunning to get the veteran journalist a major $30 million payout.

But it looks like Lauer won't be blessed with the same golden parachute as Bill O'Reilly — as the disgraced daytime host "will not be paid past his last day of work," according to a senior NBC source.

In an article published Thursday, Page Six indicated that Lauer's contract had been extended through the first half of 2019. His lawyers landed on the $30 million figure over the fact that Lauer was paid about $20 a year.

Speaking with CNN, the senior NBC News source did not dispute that Lauer's attorneys are cooking up a plan to get him paid, however, the source added the network would not agree to any such payout.

Lauer is likely out of luck in this case due to a morals clause contained in most TV news contracts, which gives a network some leeway in firing a pricey anchor for cause.

While these types of disputes could end up in court, sources close to Lauer told CNN they doubted he would

NBC News Boss Promises Matt Lauer Investigation Will Reveal Everything, 'No Matter How Painful'

The accusations against Matt Lauer may be a surprise to many, but they go back YEARS.

Naturally, the question many have is, how did no one at NBC know anything about the behavior of one of their biggest on-air personalities?

That's a question NBC News chairman Andy Lack has now addressed in a staff memo.

On Friday morning, Lack told employees about some changes to sexual harassment training that would help prevent future incidents. He also noted NBC had begun "a thorough and timely review" of all the "appalling" behavior they have now heard about.

But will they uncover bad acts by other employees as well??

Billy Bush Is Lawyering Up To Fight NBC Over His TODAY Job — Get The Scoop!

no title

UPDATE (4:54 P.M. EST): Bush met with NBC execs at a law office on Friday to hash out a deal, and is expected to walk away from the network with a multi-million dollar settlement. Bush's lawyer told The Hollywood Reporter:

"The parties are negotiating a resolution of their differences at their highest level and I am personally optimistic that the matter will be resolved upon terms satisfactory to both parties."

Things are about to get messy!

As you know, Billy Bush has had some extra stress to deal with thanks to his involvement with Donald Trump on that heinous leaked tape from 2005 — but Billy won't let NBC take him down without a fight!

Even though the 45-year-old is "devastated" over the the scandal after being suspended and apologizing, the TODAY host's network was still going to axe the star as they started negotiating Bush's exit.

However, The Hollywood Reporter learned that Billy is ready to take the network head on as he recently hired Los Angeles attorney Marshall Grossman – who famously represented Erin Andrews in her HUGE peephole case.

Grossman and Mr. Bush think they have a case too as the attorney explained his client was working for NBCUniversal during the time of taping and was not in a position to challenge the interviewee. Marshall went on to explain:
