UK Tennis Star Andy Murray Eats 50 Pieces Of Sushi A DAY!

Way too much!
UK Tennis player Andy Murray has the most insane diet. In order to keep up with his muscular physique, he eats a 6,000 calorie diet, which consists of high-carbohydrate food like cereal, pasta, and 50 PIECES OF SUSHI A DAY.
On match days, he loads up on pasta and chicken, then tops it off with fruit, yogurt, protein bars, and vanilla-flavored protein shakes. Then, for dinner, he goes on a sushi-eating spree!
A leading sports nutritionist explains why Andy does this:
"The primary thing is to supply the energy – the fuel – he needs. Carbohydrates (lots of pasta and rice) provide fuel that keeps your blood-sugar level at the right level. If your blood-sugar dips, then so does your concentration level – the notorious 'carb crash,' where you become hypoglycemic. These carbs are stored as glycogen in your muscles. If they run out during a marathon match, you come to the point where your body and mind simply become exhausted."
It's obviously working for Murray as he has less than 7% body fat. Although, we wouldn't recommend this diet. Even the most active person should still stay under 2,500 calories a day.
Andy obviously dedicates his life to playing tennis, which is why he can sustain a lean body while eating so many carbs.
