Angelina Pivarnick wants to sue MTV, but it isn't going well.

The former Jersey Shore star, affectionately(?) dubbed the Staten Island Dump, tried to get the big legal guns of legendary lady lawyer Gloria Allred to help her prove MTV has defamed her character.

Unfortunately for Angelina, the in-demand mouthpiece says she just doesn't have time to take on any new cases.

That's a legalese way of saying Angelina just doesn't meet Gloria's standards.

And considering Gloria has recently represented the high-profile mistresses of Anthony Weiner and Tiger Woods, that's a pretty low bar Angelina just tripped over!

We HATE to be skeptical, especially when it comes to this topic, but seriously??
