All so unbelievably sad.

After a disgusting display of exploitation and gold digging from his ex-wife Shannon Price and a subsequent court battle with ex-girlfriend Anna Gray, Gary Coleman's body has been cremated.

As his will states, there will be no service for the late actor, and his remains will apparently be put into storage until the courts decide who the actual executor of his estate is.

Robert Jeffs, the court appointed temporary guardian of Coleman's estate, says:

"The proceeding was conducted in accordance with Mr. Coleman's desires as expressed in his will that no funeral service, wake or other ceremony memorialize his passing."

Meanwhile, Gray, along with friends Todd Bridges and Kent Emmons, will be planning a private memorial in honor of Coleman's memory. Neither Price nor his parents are invited to attend.

Rest in peace, Gary.

At least now there's a bit of resolution.

After the vicious catfight between Gary Coleman's crazy ex-wife Shannon Price and equally crazy ex-girlfriend Anna Gray over who would handle the late actor's estate, a Utah judge named independent attorney Robert Jeffs to take care of the matters as a neutral party!

Jeffs appears to have chosen to honor the conditions in Coleman's 2005 will, and therefore has announced that there will be no funeral service.

So unfortunate, but we're glad all of this shiz is settled.

We sincerely hope Gary is at peace.

Messy! Messy! Messy!

Gary Coleman's estate is becoming a hot commodity to the two former lovers of the actor. In a recent will unearthed from 2005, Anna Gray, a former girlfriend of Gary's, was named the sole beneficiary and executor of his estate. As you can imagine, this has royally pissed off Shannon Price, Gary's ex-wife, who has already made big plans for his estate, selling off bits of information about her departed ex-husband's life for as much profit as possible.

This morning, Anna took action against Shannon and sought an immediate restraining order. This order will keep Shannon away from Gary's home, which Anna claims Shannon is "invading" to dispose of his "property." Her lawyer went on to say, on Anna's behalf:

“I would not have cared one bit if she went into his house and took her personal things, but I understand… nothing is left in the home beyond Gary’s bed and his clothing. She has taken all his personal papers, evidence and other belongings. That is completely disrespectful and a further indication of what her objectives are.”

Sounds like someone has another tabloid photo spread she wants to get paid for!

Shameful!

Along with the restraining order, Anna's lawyer will put in a request that Gary's remains be cremated.

At least now, in some way, there is some progress to put the poor man to rest.

An attorney representing Dion Mial announced this morning that his client would no longer be seeking control of Gary Coleman's estate.

Dion was a close friend and manager to Gary and in one of the drafted wills left behind by Gary, Dion was appointed the sole administrator of his estate.

However, a new will has just surfaced, and Dion is no longer looking to be involved in the process. He is relinquishing any claim he has on the estate and is leaving it to Gary's scorned ladies to fight it out.

On Friday, Shannon Price found herself in competition for the administrator position when one of Gary's former girlfriends, Anna Gray, came forward and claimed she was named in the most recent will.

Think you got out of the fire just in time, Dion. Nothing worse than being caught in between two money-grubbing, desperate fame-whores when there is money involved.

BTW, does anyone know exactly how much money is at stake here? Is it really worth all this trouble???

It seems that Anna Gray, the mystery woman who was named executor of Gary Coleman’s estate in his 2005 will, was his former girlfriend.

Gray's attorney Randy Kester said:

“They were good friends, worked together and had a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship for quite a while.

I don’t have any personal knowledge whether or not they had a sexual relationship, but Gary and Anna were boyfriend-girlfriend, that is my understanding.

I don’t know the nature of the ending of the relationship other than I know Ms. Price was the cause of the break-up.

She has some real fond feelings for the guy.”

The will is being investigated as to its validity.

“Of all the papers that I have seen, this is the one prepared and filed without being influenced by the one who is designated as being the beneficiary,” added Kester.

It seems that Anna would honor Gary's wishes, but it's hard to determine who actually cared for him.

Oh, boy! Here we go!

Gary Coleman has another secret will and apparently it gives a mystery woman everything!

Her name is Anna Gray and she supposedly was Gary's most trusted friend whom he met in 1997. They even lived together as roommates and she helped him with his corporation, making her CEO.

But when he met Shannon, they parted ways. His agent Robert Malcolm explains:

"When Shannon moved in, the relationship got difficult because Shannon didn't like the fact that there was somebody else in his life and, of course, he sided with [Shannon], and Anna was asked to leave."

This will was executed back in 2005, so we'll have to see which one of his many wills actually holds up!

Just as long as that freakshow Shannon Price doesn't get her hands on the cash!
