Although David Carradine's death in Bangkok seems to be an accident, his widow filed a lawsuit against the production company in charge of his final film, Stretch.
Anne Carradine is suing MK2 S.A. for alleged breach of contract and wrongful death. She claims that David was contractually promised "all the best available amenities" and assistance during filming, yet he was left behind for dinner the night before he was found dead in his hotel room.
She said he was promised a personal assistant and transportation to meetings and events.
On the night that David did not go to dinner, the assistant could not reach the actor. By the time he got back to them, David was told that the group was "already across town" and told him to make his own arrangements.
