If you aren't enjoying a sweet and juicy plum on a regular basis, Margaux J. Rathbun wants you to start!
Not only are they a delicious snack, but they are loaded with healthy benefits for your body, as the nutritional therapy practitioner explains:
"It doesn’t get any better than taking a big bite out of a juicy plum! Not only do they taste amazing, they are loaded with nutrients that promote optimal health. Plums are high in antioxidants that have been shown to help prevent oxygen-based damage to healthful fats such as the fat found in our brain. Plums are also very good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, and dietary fiber. Research has found that certain compounds found in plums can help promote healthy vision, so much on these yummy fruits for good eye health!"
